Saturday 27,2025 ordered for pick up they quote me 30 was ready in 15 smh. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal up charge for the bourbon chicken and shrimp which was a complete waste! I ordered the burger and fries look I crave hot fresh fries but these were cold! Customer service was ok

Worse experience ever tonight. Started from when we 1st arrived waited over 20 mins to be seated not that it was crowded, we arrived about 5:30 pm plenty of tables available (this should have been a to leave. No we stayed, we had a party of 11 but the hostess ended up putting tables together to accommodate our party and she apologized for the wait so at least she tried to show great customer service. So fast forward we order appetizers and also our main courses. Shout out to our server she was awesome. Kitchen staff and management not at all! Only a few of our appetizers came out the other the kitchen messed up the sauce in which manager came out and said it was a mix up but it would be out shortly, it didn’t come out until 30 mins later (it seemed). We waited well over an hour for our main courses to come out and they still didn’t come out, mind you by this time we had been there like 1:30 mins. The manager comes out a 35-45 year old Black man who was “extremely rude and arrogant” and mentioned to him that it’s unacceptable we have been waiting as long as we have for food, not only that we had young kids in our party who are starving. He did not apologize for the delay or say when we would get our food. I told him cancel the order which he happily obliged and told us don’t worry about the appetizers or drinks and walked off. He was rude and does not need a management position and if the kitchen staff stay away from bar perhaps they can cook food faster for paying customers. Our experience was by far some of the worse service I’ve ever received but our waitress was awesome, she apologized and tried her best to make up for the kitchen and rude management this why we made it a point to leave her a good tip. Applebees GM you really need to train your management in proper etiquette when dealing with dissatisfied customers for issues they have control over.

No tonic served at this location. No bloody Mary mix available. Great server “Era” apologized. No manager responded except to clarify no tonic, bloody Mary mix. Took 15 minutes before I was informed. Food was good. A quiet Sunday night. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely worst experience ever we went on a random Thursday night about 8 pm so it was extremely dead inside which is fine. However what was not ok was the service the waitress absolutely forgot to bring our food over and was talking to another table about random crap for 15-20 minutes. She even forgot to put in one of the orders. 20 minutes later when she was done chatting she brings our food over and it was extremely cold. It was just confusing considering that there were only about 3 other tables so it couldn’t have been that busy/complicated. Waste of money

They close at 12 my friend were hungry we couldn’t find anywhere to eat and when we came in, it was at 11 I was afraid they might not let us in it that they would not treat us well since it was last hour despite that the waitress was Nice and so where all the people that were doing the closing stuff. Thank you so much for being so kind. ❤️ I’ve had a long day and they just made feel better after. Oh and the food was warm and good I enjoy it so much .

Had a reunion lunch with folks we haven’t seen in 60 years. Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us time to talk and reconnect. We ordered lunch and it came promptly. There was an accident with one meal. One quarter of a quesadilla fell off the plate so they replaced the whole thing. No fuss. No drama. Salads were large, fish and chips had 3 medium pieces of fish. Our server was just great. The automatic check pay system didn’t work so she did it old school. No fuss. No drama. Facility clean and had ramps inside to make getting around easy. I don’t usually review franchise chains but these guys did a great job for us.

This place was an adventure for my grandfather and I. We arrived, famished after a 35 mile drive. Our server, Kay was fantastic! However, for the kitchen staff, Gordon Ramsay could happily (or angrily) film an episode of Kitchen Nightmares here. It was about a 30 minute wait between the time we were seated and the food coming, main courses first before appetizers and without silverware. It was about another 20 minutes before our silverware and appetizer arrived. But despite the perplexity we faced here and the kitchen staff, if the management ever reads this, PLEASE do not terminate Kay. She is bright, classy and will go far in future endeavors!

I mean I don’t think any Applebees deserves more than three stars. There was nothing special about this place. Our server was nice, but it seemed like they’re short-staffed or many servers called off because we had waited up front for over 5 minutes debating on going to Red Lobster across the street. The food was good for what it was, but yeah it was nothing special.
