Stopped in for early dinner. We love the half off apps happy hour and made it just in time. We were seated right away and got our order taken quickly. The food came out hot and fresh. Our server was very attentive and friendly. This location is great as we can do all our shopping after getting lunch or dinner. Will continue to come here!

Came in today, Sunday the 8th, with our family of 11. The waitress was rude. She had a plate she needed to set on a table and she rudely said “could you move?” No excuse me, no please, just move. Refills weren’t given. Just an attitude the whole time. If you don’t like your job, it shows. The food was good, spite a hair in one of the meals, which was replaced pretty quickly.

Our servers name was Lena she was so sweet and nice and checked on us at the perfect times! One of the best restaurants I’ve been to the workers are so nice always say hello and goodbye the food was excellent the manager even came over and talked to us and was very friendly

Stopped for lunch got the trio combo. It’s was good for the price. (Better than a burger and fries for the same money) The bartender/manager David was very nice. Will be back.

I asked for no spices on my food, came with spices. I told the server it had spices and I couldn’t eat it. She told me to try it and if it really had spices she would send it back because she couldn’t see any spices. I ate one bite and had an anaphylaxis allergic reaction requiring me to use my epi pen. Manager then came over saying she would take it off the bill because I couldn’t eat it. Nothing else done to help me. I was shaking so bad from my epi pen and the waitress took her time running the card for the bill, i went iut to the car so i didn’t disturb the other diners.. My partner’s food had dry chicken so he didn’t finish it. The waitress is a liability. When you say you have allergies, LISTEN. Never had a problem like this before anywhere. The waitress took almost 30 minutes to take our order and people who came after us got our food first. Will never be returning and will file a formal complaint to corporate to re0lace my epi pen.

I usually come to this franchise once in a while, but out of all of the Applebees in my area, Brimfield is the best in quality, service, and environment. I occasionally come around 1:30 to pass busy hour so it’s much more calm. Wait time isn’t affected though, so don’t expect food service to be quicker at quiet times. The best deals are the 2 for $28 or 2 for $32 (highlighted on the back of the menu). If you’re new to Applebees, I highly recommend Fiesta Lime Chicken & Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp with the Spinach Artichoke Dip as your appetiser. (Photos also feature Plain Boneless Wings with Ranch (Appetiser), 4 Cheese Macaroni & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken, and Whiskey Bacon Burger.

I am shocked I haven’t left a review here sooner! My husband and I come here twice a week just to see our favorite server Travis. He knows our drink order, what sauces we like, how we like our burgers, and what our favorite items are. He always puts a smile on my face, and the minute he sees us come in our drinks are always ready. Travis is personable, and will make you laugh. He’s quick, and I’ve never had to wait long for food. We always leave with empty plates and full stomachs.

I decided to make a quick stop at the Applebee’s after I got off my double shift for a drink and a bite to eat. I decided to sit at the bar where Christina took such wonderful care of me. She was kind, attentive, and extremely personable. I really enjoyed talking to her. I’m a server myself, and personally I had a rougher day. This experience with the food and bartender alone made me feel a lot better. Thank you, and I’ll be back for sure! 🙂
