Ordered BBQ boneless wings. Got home and noticed they were raw still! It was late and didn’t want to make another trip out, so I called and spoke with the manager. She said she would send me a gift card in replace of my order. I was fine with that since I couldn’t eat the rest of me meal.
I get the gift card and it’s only for $10 which was not what I paid for my meal! I attached the GC received with the picture I took of my raw wing! And the managers name is signed on the GC! Very disappointed! I could’ve gotten sick from this!

Appetizers were 1/2 off at 9pm so I decided to eat those instead of a main course. I had the pretzel sticks, mozzarella sticks, and corn chips. All were pretty good. The mozzarella sticks were probably the best out of the three. I did feel rushed by the waiter and kept looking at me to see if I was done. As soon as I looked done he rushed over to hand me the check. Also gave me no refills on my water. Other than that, it’s not a bad place to eat but wouldn’t be a top choice.

Unfortunately, we continue to be convinced not to eat in the neighborhood. AC was much too cold which usually I try not to mention. I also know presentation can’t matter much to a chain but the dip we had was all down the side and on the plate before we touched it. Chicken sandwich inedible on outside and fries clearly in the bowl in the window too long. Waitress was okay but for $50 I expect more than a freezing experience and subpar food at best. Spend less time on meal deals, menus, and promotions and get back to actually being a consistent community spot.

The food is always b.s. at EVERY location. It’s either too slow or will sit in the heat window forever. Just like McDonald’s- hot fries are a myth. I don’t care if they have a location in Beverly Hills, you’re still gonna get a lackluster entree with a smile. The bartender was excellent, yet she didn’t push for me to order more drinks.

We came with our young son and ordered and app and drinks no issue. Waited over an hour and still no dinner and tables after us were complaining about the food and asked for a manager and not once did a manager come over to them. No refill for our table for over 30 minutes. I understand being busy and all but nothing was said to us and no manager at all checking on customers!

❤ Applebee’s have ate at multiple locations however this one in Brunswick, Oh may be the last time I go inside. I moved here 2 wks. ago, been stressful, so tonight I go, mng. extremely helpful as I have a mobility scooter BUT that’s where the pleasant experience Ends! My server messed up my order & when I told her, she kept interrupting me, which as a retired teacher, I hate. So I’ve never had a problem before & been eating at Applebee’s since 1980, even out of state!!! So sad this was my experience tonight!!!! So tonight Nov. 24th I ordered delivery & that was messed up!!! I got the Club House Grille & ordered barbecue sauce however no barbecue sauce!!! What is with this Applebee’s, are the staff incompetent????

Excellent Management from Maye!
What started as a frustrating experience was completely turned around thanks to Maye, the general manager. After my family of seven experienced a long wait for our food, Maye stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. Her commitment to excellent customer service deserves recognition, and she truly turned a negative situation into a positive one. Applebee’s is lucky to have someone like her leading the team. We had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, leaving no food on our plates. We let our daughter give the rating, and she gave it a 4.5. Personally, I only give fives when there’s absolutely nothing negative to say, and in this case, no one had any complaints. We will definitely be returning in the future. We had a delightful evening with friends. The vegetable dumplings appetizer was outstanding, and it made my vegetarian wife very happy. All the entrees and drinks were excellent. We’re looking forward to visiting again soon!

Love coming here all the time to watch the football games. Ally is the best bartender anyone could ask for and always does a great job with a smile on her face. The entire staff is incredibly friendly; makes you feel like family. Food is 10/10, always recommend the Chicken Quesadilla Salad and any of their half-priced apps, especially chicken wonton tacos!
