Our server was absolutely the best! He may suggestions on what to eat. Our food came out hot and in record time. He made sure that our drinks stayed full. We can’t say enough about Mike! the manager came over to check on us. This was overall a great experience.

Went to this Applebee’s near University Square & it was nice. The location is in a great spot. You can definitely see it from the road. The food was nice and hot. I got a sampler platter with boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, spinach dip, etc. on it & my friend got a chicken breast with shrimp & potatoes. The prices were fair too. It was only $38. Both drinks were not up to par though, both were watery. My friend ended up asking for a totally different one altogether. Overall, we will return.

I went there for a birthday dinner which was on Father’s day I was glad that we didn’t have to wait for an table, we ordered some barbecue boneless wings for our appetizers and they were dropped on the floor by the waitress so we had to wait again for more to be brought out then them were cold so they had to be sent back, I asked for a piece of cake so I could have it later and the waitress replied that I couldn’t get none without the ice cream and said I don’t want ice cream, I just wanted the cake and she said..we don’t have have ice cream so I couldn’t get the cake so nevertheless the food was good but the service was

This applebee’s is just like the rest of them. You have some servers who are just as nice as can be and then you have some who are rude for no reason, but I can say they do try to do the right thing. my last time here wasn’t bad surprisingly…

Pretty bad compared to other locations I’ve been to.
– very slow service
– waters were not brought until 10 min AFTER the appetizer came
– my steak took forever and was cooked medium RARE instead of WELL
– my brother was given the wrong side for his meal, instead of French fries he got green beans
– there were no silverware but instead plastic cutlery.
– loud drunkies in the background not letting my family eat in peace; nothing was done about them and their chaos.

I went there last night (April 27th/into the 28th) for my birthday.
It was just my co-worker and I.
It took us 30 minutes to get drinks after we were seated, the waitress we got wasn’t even supposed to serve us. The spinach artichoke dip was salty, the manager blamed the chips. The salsa looked like a meat wad (picture below). The $1 margarita was super strong, manager said it was from a mix. We were told by the manager since it was my birthday, I could get a free desert, that was not the case.
We were only comped $4.90.
I don’t think I will be going back there or recommend people to go there.
On the positive side, our waitress was super amazing, we felt bad that she was so stressed out!

Our server Michael was very professional and attentive. They was short staffed here but you can’t tell with the excellent service we received. All the workers were excellent actually. I enjoyed the food.
