The team was great!
I had the Chicken Wonton Tacos and the garlic parmesan boneless wings – both were big portions.
The restaurant was very nice inside and new.
The special Applebee’s blue Mountain Dew was tasty and unique.

The atmosphere was great even though they were crowded
Abby the barmaid was amazing
She is the sole reason I am giving this location a 4 star today,
I have be been to this location about 3-4dozeb times, truly enjoy this location out of all the other,( even though Jill at the Garfield location got to be the next in line,
But tonight I had the WORSE meal,
I know Everytime will not be excellent,
But the food tonight was sent back and couldn’t bring myself to get it replaced or made over…
I know the cook is new but baby I had the easiest item
Oriental Grilled chicken salad,
I have no excuse to hear,
Thank you Abby for making the rest of my experience great

We were greeted when we entered he restaurant and immediately seated
The server Tracy was really nice and patient. Our food came out in a great time and was the right temperature.
Tracy kept checking on us and got whatever we needed extra along with our meal
My only concern was the strong odor in the doorway leading into the restaurant. It seems like the carpet needs cleaning or replacing

Came in on a Sunday. It was busy but around 4pm they said it was an hour and a half wait. Every table was not filled, not even close. The front hostess was not very kind and we asked we’re
They short staffed but they said they had multiple reservations and we have called for reservations before and were told they do not take them. The manager was doing an interview instead of assisting the team and there were 20 people in the front lobby waiting.

Kevin if you read this you were great! Food was pretty good, was delivered quicky. Many games on for us to watch. Getting seated was a pain as they skipped us on the list but whatever. My only complaint was the Alfredo was dry, but the chicken made up for it by being very good. Overall 8/10.

Yesterday, I stopped by to grab dinner and a cocktail. The young lady working behind the bar took several minutes to acknowledge me. When she finally did, I ordered both my drink and my food so I wouldn’t have to wait later.
At that time, everyone else sitting at the bar already had their drinks, and I understood she also had to make drinks for the servers, so I didn’t mind waiting 5–10 minutes. However, after about 20 minutes, new customers came in, and she served them their drinks before I received mine.
Feeling a bit frustrated, I politely asked if she remembered my order. She said, “Yeah,” but still proceeded to serve a few of her regulars before finally bringing me my drink — with an attitude. When my food came out, I asked for another drink, and the same thing happened again.
I’ve never had an issue at this location before, but this young lady really needs to work on acknowledging all of her customers not just her regulars.

Tonight was awesome. Servers we great but the customers were even better!! Great experience. !! We all agreed we will meet in 2 weeks because we had so much fun!!

I usually always have a great experience with carry out, except for tonight.
I placed my order for pick up immediately, 8:56 PM was my pick up time. I get there at 8:57 and walk in, it started off with multiple employees walking by and no one asking what I needed, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Once I received help, I was told my food would still be another 10 minutes… it was already 5 minutes past my pick up time, when I finally received my food and got home, everything was COLD! I live 5 minutes from this location, if I had to wait because my food wasn’t ready then how come it was cold!? I’m very disappointed in my experience.

Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Best Applebees I’ve personally ever been to! Happy with our visit and will definitely be coming again. My wife and son were also very impressed. Thank you

My husband had chicken andouille sausage pasta, which he enjoyed and said it was very tasty. My adult daughter Ordered a medium rare steak and she got mostly rare. My granddaughter had chicken tenders which she enjoyed. I had the double crunch shrimp dinner, which I was disappointed. The batter was falling off of my shrimp before I could even eat it. My daughter worked in the restaurant industry and she said it’s because the shrimp might have defrosted a little before they received it then put it in the freezer again. I did receive it undercooked once before, which was not crunchy at all. So it’s always a hit or miss thing with the crunchy shrimp dinner. We usually have good service, but this time was not great.
