We were seated quickly. Our waitress was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. The food was brought to the table in a reasonable time. It was presented nicely and hot. Very pleased with our choice. Cooked how we asked and flavorful.

We always love Lorain Applebee’s around 3-4pm on a weekday. It’s not too crowded and you get in and out quickly and the burgers and fries are made perfect to your liking. I got to mention that the cheese sticks are the best I have had at any restaurant around here and I get them wherever we go. The sauce is on point and right now they offer 1/2 price appetizers after 3:00. My husband even made a comment that we always leave sauce in the cup but we were scooping it to the very bottom lol. I think I would even get them as an entree if I could not decide on something to eat. My husband gets the sizzling steak and mashed potatoes and there is nothing left before I can finish half my burger! And the service is genuine!!! I love that it’s not crowded and overwhelming at this time and during a weekday

I was eating with my family me and my mom got the trio appetizers and my dad southwest bowl me and my mom our food and my dad had over an 1 hour for his bowl it took the waitress 3 times and still didn’t even put it in and the other waiter had to bring it out “on the fly” never coming again you shouldn’t either and we are waiting for the bill it has been over 30 minutes

Saturday evening restaurant was not busy at all, server was very prompt and attentive, although sad to say the food was awful, I ordered the full slab of “”fall off the bone ribs” Which they definetly were not had to sit then in between the bone pull the meat off and even bite off some of the bones!!! Just horrible, my son who was in from out of state ordered the bone in wings buffalo sauce didn’t finish them either as they were way over cooked and dry as can can be, by husband ordered wings also, his also dry, and as far as our appetizer he artichoke dip it was NOT creamy at all it was good just not very dips me with the chips, easier to add it with the spoon, but it was good tasting, I’m so disappointed in the quality of the food and the price we paid, I am glad our server was great, the manager I believe did come around and ask how it all was, I felt bill was already paid for what was the point of saying g anything. And to top it off the barroom stall lock was busted had to hold the door shut

This restaurant is usually one of our favorite go to places especially when Alex waits on us. Today our experience was not so good. We thought we would stop in for lunch. I went in to get a table while my husband parked the car and there were 7 people standing waiting to be seated with no one at the hostess podium. My husband came in and still no one. Probably another 4 or 5 minutes before she came out of the back and when she saw all of us she rushed up to start seating us. We were seated and our waitress never even acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes when she said as she was passing our table I’ll be right with you. We decided to leave after another 3 to 4 minutes went by. Very bad service. Was unbelievable really!!!!

There was about five of us ladies that went there for Happy Hour. The service was the bare minimum. Our waitress did not clear one thing from our table. She did not refill water. She took 15 minutes to be me a Togo container. Another 15 minutes to take my bill up. Then we ordered food to go she took about 30 minutes to bring that out. The service was terrible. I ordered the mango strawberry smoothie. It was delicious. There is an alcoholic drink called kiss on the lips. They need to add that to their menu. Being that they the smoothie is only missing the rum.

Wait for food and drinks was too long we asked for our apps to be checked on then they came out with our food. Service was lacking, and bartender and multiple servers were drinking on shift in front of my family including 3 kids. Cheese pizza barley had cheese. Very dissatisfied!

I used to come here a lot but been gone for e couple of months and idk this place never sucked this bad I had the pub pretzel they were burnt but I ignored it then the food came out the 4 cheese Mac the cheese wasn’t melted ask for an old fashion and all I go was just bourbon with a cherry and ice in a glass and the bartender on the phone for personal use walking thru the restaurant wouldn’t come back into something is done about this crew and wouldn’t recommend for people that haven’t been to this location of Applebees
