I stopped in for lunch today and I had the chicken Mexican bowl and a prickly pear margarita. Can’t remember the exact name of each item. The bowl was delicious and tasted fresh. Spicy . The margarita was wonderful. My server was Julie and she was all on her own today. She was the host, server, and bartender. She had a few tables and I thought she did an amazing job. Everyone seemed happy. Not much of a wait time. This woman deserves a raise! Or a weekend off or something. The kitchen staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend this Applebee’s.

Last night my boyfriend and I came in last night for Valentine’s Day. It was packed in there with every one super busy. I only seen 2 servers and a bartender. I had Alisha as my server and she was amazing. Even through costumer in her section yelling at her and treating her very rudely she was super kind. Man Was Clearing Disoriented Or Under The Influence. He Threw Straws At Me When I Asked For Some After He Didn’t Give Them. Then He Brought An Entree Nobody Ordered OR Could Eat(Seafood) And Then Proceeded To Say “ You Can Just Take The Shrimp Off” Wild. When He Did Bring The Correct Order Out, He Hit The Table And Said “Better Now” And Walked Away. Sassy And Unprofessional Is A Crazy Combo.

If you order from this store its a guarantee your order will be wrong. Ordered a salad they put the wrong chicken on the salad didnt put have the toppings on, also ordered the loaded fries and they never put sauce or cheese on them. In the past they have made my steak wrong I enjoy medium well to well done steak, somehow they always burn the outside to a crisp and the inside is blood red.

I want to start off by saying I love Applebees. This was our first time going to Applebees in over two years. The restaurant was dirty, and the service was even WORSE. Our waitress was rude not only to us but to others around us rolling her eyes and having attitude. I said thank you several times and her response back was always “mmhmm” in a very smug manner as she walked away.
The food was horrendous. We got the new OM CHEESE burger, HORRENDOUS. The cheese is just shredded cheese and when it came to us it wasn’t even fully melted and you barely got any cheese. All that was on the burger was the actual burger and bacon, that’s it, no condiments, pickles, lettuce, NOTHING. The fries were nothing to speak about.
Overall very disappointed, now I know this Applebees is one of the worst in the Toledo area, but we will be going to the Applebees on Monroe Street from here on out.

Apparently its ok to just not give a customer what they paid for over a tip lmao. All this lady did was bag up a to-go order, where does it call for a tip if all your doing is putting food in a bag and handing to me. If we were dining in then yes we would tip. Generously at that. Went on 12/18/2025 and Alicia was a good waitress. Very nice and was on top of everything. The coleslaw was dry and that was after it was taken back twice. Finally gave up on it being to my mom’s liking. There were little gnats flying around, which annoyed us. Alicia said they were in kitchen area – that isn’t comforting, but the food and service was pretty good. I got the new Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger. Was good. Love their fries!
Would go back but they need to do something about those little gnats flying about. We killed like 4 of them flying about.

Ordered appetizer cheese stix waited a while 30 mins later finally came and are main dish
Immediately after. Hair in my grandson hamburger.

Tried going in today at 11am. As we walked in heard the bartender talking about us in a rude way. The male server said “ I don’t have anything done.” At no point did they great us. So we turned around and walked out. Will never be back.
