So for starters I ordered the 3 app deal thing.got 2 riblets and a quesodilla .riblets came out super small .they were very tough hard to even get off the bone with that little bit of meat.also ordered the riblet platter (regretted this decision after I got my appetizer) they brought out one of sides with the appetizer as it sat there and got cold waiting for the entre to come.the riblet platter came 3 out of the 4 riblets were burnt black. The Mac and cheese I ordered came out cold they sprinkled shredded cheese on top cold out of the fridge didnt bother melting it.had to ask for it to be sent back to be put through the microwave. Made it rubbery and gross at that point.the only thing I ended up eating from the whole meal was the French onion soup that sat waiting for the rest of the meal to arrive. Never once got asked was my food okay.never got asked why it wasnt touched and was shoved aside.not once was I asked do I need my drink refilled of does my 2yr old kid. Do not EVER plan on coming back. Service was horrible the food was terrible and the bill was ridiculous for that kind of service and food.i asked for the riblets to be taken off the bill amd the Mac amd cheese after we had sat and waited and waited for our bill.waitress didnt bother asking what was wrong if she could do anything to fix the issue nothing.she didmt seem like she was trained very well and wasnt very attentive to the customer at all.!

Food is always great.. Got the combo appetizers sampler to share, I got the chicken parmesan fettuccine, and my husband got that bourbon chicken and andouille sausage pasta. Both so good! The food has never been the problem for us. Its the understaffing.
Anyways once in awhile service is great. But go during the lunch time or a non weekend and its totally different. They dont have enough servers to seat the full restaurant, like there will be easily 6+ tables, roughly one section they cant use because understaffed. Which i get but it makes wait times longer and bit more frustrating. The ladies are always apologizing though and smiles. Once you get seated your waiting again.. we know from countless experiences you can figure out what your going to want to drink, and appetizers and what to eat,etc. before they make it to your table. So we order everything as we are ordering our drinks.. like i said its just understaffed if you want the real applebees experience go on the weekend for supper when they are packed and full of chatter and laughter.. Otherwise it will feel like big boys or some small restaurant in your town that only the old people go to.. it was so quiet we could hear the main server yelling at the back kitchen people and they even needed the seating host to leave the front and go bus/clear the tables.
So a full packed weekend, Dinner, you will get a 5star all around. Weekday or just lunch varies last couple times we went during lunch some of the servers had the RBF because they were so understaffed and frustrated. But we still tip good and stay. Hopefully they can get more staffing for regular days so we can have that experience everyday and time not just for the weekend dinner times.

We have eaten at this restaurant many, many times & have never had any issues with the service or the food, until this last time. Our server seemed to not know what she was doing & barely came to our table to check on us. It was well over 20 minutes before we got our drinks & another hour before we received our food. I had to stop her to ask for my salad. The worse part was, I ordered the Steak & Shrimp, with the steak medium-rare. Everything looked really good when we finally received our food. Until I started eating the steak. It was way over cooked to the point of being like rubber. I let our server know & she spoke to her manager about it. Another 20 minutes went by & she came back asking if the manager had been by to talk to us. Nope, she hadn’t. Eventually she did stop at our table & asked if there was anything she could do to rectify the situation. She gave us a whopping $2.55 discount on my rubbery steak! 🙁
So…that being said, I do recommend this restaurant because they do have really good food, BUT…I DO NOT recommend it for the steak!

honestly one of the worse experiences, we waited to be seated for 10 minutes while there was five workers just standing in the back. we waited 40 minutes for an appetizer that had to be sent back because it was cold, then the drinks finally came out, i ordered a pina colada with strawberry, the strawberry didn’t come on it. at that point i wasn’t waiting another 30 minutes for them to fix it. The food finally comes out and my steak was raw( didnt even eat it), the broccoli was cold and the potatoes were just room temp. I just wanted to get out of that place so i didn’t even complain. The amount of people surrounding us that complained was insane. at that point just close or stop sitting tables.

Felt short staffed. If you have plenty of time, it is a good place to eat once you get your food. Broccoli should be cooked a little longer so that when butter is added, it is warm enough to melt. Great atmosphere. Wait staff always seems to be doing double duty.

They were out of a main tap beer. The drinks were decent but sat there for 15 minutes on the bar. The food was mediocre at best and we only ordered appetisers and a kids meal. When we got the food it had been sitting for at least 15 minutes on a warmer. It definitely wasn’t hot. It took 45 minutes to get the food after waiting 20min to get a drink.

I don’t post any reviews at places,but I feel that I should there. The workers are friendly and the food was good. The service is really slow. It wasn’t busy and it took to get our drinks probably a half hour or more. People were leaving because how slow everything was coming out.

Our second visit in a month and both times horrible! I don’t know if they are short staffed or what but we waited at least 30min for our appetizer. Never got a refill or asked if we wanted one. When the food finally came it was cold, had to send my daughter’s chick parm back. The table behind us had been there at least 15 min with no drink order taken yet. I hope they can find better management this is not your typical Applebees

I will start by saying the host was very attentive. We were sat almost immediately after walking in. The waitress was also very polite. With that being said, they need to look into the kitchen staff. It took over an hour for us to recieve our food after placing the order and it was a Monday night, not a weekend. I have been to a lot of applebees all around the country and never had a wait like this. Once my food finally arrived, my pasta was cold and my chicken was completely burnt. And it wasnt just us, the table behind me recieved cold soup after waiting forever, and the table across from me had yet to receive their food after an hour and a half. I’ve worked in a restaurant before I know how rough it can be in the kitchen, but they definitely need new staff.

Took well over twenty min for our appetizer , the pickle fries, but was delicious. My chic parm arrives luke warm so I had to ask for it to be warmed up. My wife had a wrap and half of it had no food in it, completely empty, no sauce, nothing, just an empty void. Looked like a folded up tortilla napkin . Not the best place for speedy service, I know, but our waitress was working a lot of tables, so she did the best she could with her workload. Had to ask the server repeatedly for things and didn’t feel like it had any priority. All the food tasted great , especially the dessert, butter pecan blondie.
