Went at 4 in the afternoon on Wednesday and stayed till 6 cause the food took so long to come to us, but it was completely dead in there the whole time. The food took forever to come out, but once it did it did not dissapoint! The burger i had was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it till I almost demolished fr! The bathrooms were also very gross which was unfortunate, but the food was great!

Here currently with my daughter. My waiter is Chelsea C. I think she’s frustrated with another group of customers but we’ve barely asked for much of anything and she visibly and obviously irritated. Almost as if she’s making it a point for me to know that she’s bothered by my presence. She came over twice to ask me “what was the order again”. It took about 15 minutes for my daughter to get her chocolate milk and we never got waters. Eventually when the food came I asked what other sauces are available since the buffalo wasn’t spicy and she said there was a spicy buffalo so I told her I thought that’s what I was ordering and asked for a side of it. She rolled her eyes and walked away. When she returned she brought the same exact sauce with old bay sprinkled on top and explained there’s not much different about it. I started to ask about the other sauces and she proceeded to roll her eyes and say I’m going to charge for these if you keep having me go back and forth. Idk what her issue is but I’m just a mom out with her child and I don’t think the frustration from previous experiences should be taken out on other tables. I feel like Chelsea was exceedingly rude and maybe she should have had someone else take over. Also, she was slurring from the beginning so I’m not sure what the deal is but definitely not a great experience. Maybe it’s just bad night but I wouldn’t recommend this location. The Hilliard location is nice though.

My husband and I stopped to eat in here, about 3 weeks ago. We haven’t been to Applebee’s in at least a year, until then. No reason in particular, except that eating out has gotten way too expensive…in today’s priced gauged society! But even with prices super inflated, Applebee’s hasn’t really went up much…if any. We used the 2 for $25 menu. My husband got a really bomb looking cheeseburger. (I forgot the name of it.) And I got the lime chicken, on a bed of tortilla strips and a side of rice….covered with cheese and Pico de galia…(or however you spell that! Lol.) Both meals were delicious. We went in the early afternoon, before dinner rush started. So the restaurant atmosphere was pretty chill. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Her name was Breezy. I will definitely come back real soon! I won’t let over a year gthistle! time!

This place needs work on there waiting services. It’s Horrible!!! I came in to eat and unfortunately it was the wrong place. The Hostess in almost non-existent. All the staff seems to have problems with there jobs as you can overhear them all talking badly about each other. The Batenders have more drinks taken off the bill then they can charge for (I know this because I had to walk to get my own drink). I literally watched my drink on the bar for 10 minutes before I cancelled it. My waitress Amy was a nightmare!!! She was rude, getto talking and completely inappropriate in her whole understanding in what her job was (Hot food ,cold drinks, being appropriate, not cursing your other employees in front of customers, ect. ). Very disappointed!!

This Applebee’s brought my faith back in Alfredo.
I usually go to the Polaris location and it’s always slow, the service is meh, and the pasta’s either mushy or watery. But we hit up the Easton spot this time and everything was on point. Salads came out quick, and our entrees showed up before we even finished. They added garnish to the potatoes, which tells me the chef actually cares— the food was amazing.
$32 for two entrees and two house salads? That’s a steal and I still had leftovers to take home.

food was INCREDIBLE. service was out of this world. Even waitresses that weren’t serving us catered to our fussy 2 year old with ice cream. This place is PHENOMENAL. I’ve never had better Applebees. 5 stars all the way across

We ordered take out and there was something wrong with each order. The fish and chips did not include the lemon or fries and extra tartar sauce ordered. The sandwich also did not include the fries. The chicken tender kids meal included apple juice but we ordered milk…
The manager did correct the mistakes, however the food got cold while waiting so we were left with heating the dinner once home.
Sadly, curbside pickup was not a good option as we had to go in because they left off half of the adult meals.
To comment on the state of the carpets is a stand out because they are terribly worn and dirty, I don’t normally notice flooring unless there is something stand out and this stood out.

We waited 10 minutes for hostess to come back to seat us. Once seated, asked 3 times for high chair we never received. Got no silverware. Got queso and chips. Chips are overcooked. Queso dip is fire tho. When entrees arrived was told plates were hot but fries were cold. Asked for sour cream and took waitress a long while to get. Waitress was super nice and trying but easily distracted. Watched customers leave for waiting for so long.

Awful experience. It took at least 20 minutes to be served. Water and apertizers took forever. Chips were soggy and pastas were obviously frozen beforehand and some part were cold when served. Would not recommend.
