Absolute garbage because they depend on doordash. The food showed up at my hotel with no ticket but when I called, Amber was completely rude to me. I spent $50 there for an appetizer and a dinner. Hello??? Be a little nicer. I don’t care if it’s a Friday or a hurricane, be nice. Awful management. Garbage.

We stopped for the pick-2 lunch. Wife enjoyed salad and chicken tortilla soup. I had the French onion soup and club sandwich. The soup had a generous amount of cheese on top. The club sandwich was fantastic. The bread was golden, buttery and crispy. Insides were a nice balance of flavors.
Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Total bill with tip was just $20.50

This was probably the worst service the wife and I have ever experienced. We have to give credit to our waitress for doing her best given the circumstances.
First, she had to inform us that they were out of Pepsi. (A minor inconvenience)
Then, she took our order. After about 30 minutes she came back to tell me that the salmon I ordered was “frozen, and will take another 12 minutes to cook.” She asked if I wanted to wait or change my order. I changed my order to a simple cheeseburger after asking to be sure it would ready quicker than the salmon.
After nearly an hour and a half, the kids (3 kids) orders came out. The sides on two of the orders were wrong. My burger did not come until 10 minutes later. Waitress apologized and said that the kitchen staff never got my order change? (I immediately asked for a take home box and ate at home.)
Not sure what happened? We arrived at around 7pm and didn’t start eating until around 8:10pm. (Me at 8:20pm) The food tasted good. Thankfully, the kids ate free. The poor waitress was clearly rattled at the poor service we received which seemed to be out of her control.
We’re not likely to attempt a late dinner with the kids at this location ever again.

Came in to pick up a door dash order and was told that they “literally just received” the order. I knew this was incorrect because I received the order 10-15 minutes prior and did a shopping order before coming into the restaurant. I said okay and waited patiently for 10-15 minutes before another waitress asked what I was waiting for and then brought out my order. The ticket said it was received at 2:04 pm which was 40 minutes earlier at that point. I’m not sure why I was lied to but I do not appreciate wasting my time and being lied to. Do better Applebee’s

Applebees has always been our go to for French onion soup. What a disappointment today when we were served a large bun which soaked up most the soup with a little bit of cheese on top. Cheese had not been broiled and browned, as it should have been. And we were given a plastic spoon to eat with. Pub pretzels were almost burnt with hardly any salt. Very disappointing

The oriental grilled chicken salad was satisfying but that was about it. I took half of it home. The real rockstar was the soft pretzel sticks. They were deep fried and had a crispy crust though very soft inside. Service was good but there was a strange odor in the restaurant that was distracting and not pleasant.

Came to get a pickup order at 4pm on a Saturday. Maybe 5 tables full in the whole place, whole bar empty, I stood there for over 5 minutes before I was even greeted, and it was by the server who was the only one waiting tables while the other 2 were sitting at high tops playing on their phones. I was then redirected to the bar to pay for my food and waited another 10 minutes while they “bagged it up”. I think it got forgotten because it doesn’t take 10 minutes to bag up 2 burgers and fries. Food was good, only reason this is 2 stars and not 1. Customer service is a lost art ever since covid and I used to work in food so I let a lot of stuff go, but just like care a little bit.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. I came in hoping for a relaxed meal at the bar, but unfortunately, the service was some of the worst I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I sat down, it felt like I was invisible. The bartender Heather took forever to acknowledge me, despite serving people who arrived after I did. When I finally did get their attention, the service was rushed, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. No greeting, no recommendations, and definitely no effort to make me feel welcome.
My drink order was wrong the first time, and when I politely pointed it out, I got a cold, eye-rolling response before they remade it—still poorly. I ordered food as well, which took an unusually long time to arrive, especially considering how slow the bar was. When it did come, it was lukewarm and sloppily plated, like it had been sitting out for a while.
What bothered me most wasn’t even the mistakes—it was the attitude. It felt like I was a burden for simply being there. No follow-up, no check-in, no apology for the delays or mix-ups. Just indifference.
I get that everyone can have an off night, but this wasn’t just one person—it felt like a complete lack of hospitality across the board. I left disappointed and won’t be returning. There are too many places in this city that know how to treat their guests better.

Went in today with my family we ordered an app it was good took awhile to come out mind you they were not busy at all we ordered our food went in the get the new burger. Took about an hour till we got our food when we got it the cheese was still FROZEN . ON ALL ORDERS AND BURGERS WERE DEAD NOT EVEN MEIDUM RARE. LIKE ASKED. AND MY SONS BACON WASN’T EVEN COOKED. !!!!
Got the manager and she said oh I’m sorry we’ll comp it , we never complain then was told
She was the one in the kitchen. Honestly I come
From a kitchen I worked in a restaurant and this was just unacceptable!!! If you don’t know how to run a kitchen please don’t. ! 10/10 don’t recommend oh and made us pay for drinks !

All you care to eat chicken tenders, shrimp and riblets do not disappoint! The fries were not the freshest and the coleslaw was not the best I’ve had. But we did have excellent service so that made up for it. They were playing a lot of Mexican music very loudly at 6:30pm on a Monday but I double checked and I was at Applebee’s and not the Mexican restaurant. Other than the weird music choice the atmosphere was ok I guess.
