My husband and I went there for Valentine’s day dinner, and we both got the burbon street chicken and shrimp. My meal was burnt to a crisp, and my husband’s was not cooked all the way. Honestly it was awful so I asked for a manager. When the manager Shane came out he was very nice, and respectful. He told us he did not want us to leave hungry, and he would make it right if we let him. He had shaken my husband’s hand, and sincerely apologized. Shane told us he would give us anything on the menu and we would not be paying for it. My husband and I both got the classic cheese burgers and fries. When they came out they were hot, fresh and one of the best burgers I’ve had. Shane definitely turned our experience around, and kept to his word and made things right.

5 people in the restaurant and we sat for an hour and 18 mins waiting on food. 25-30 mins waiting on our drinks. Appetizer actually came out before our drinks. There were 3 servers. Ours unfortunately was overwhelmed with her 2 tables so the server from the other side had to come over and wait on one of her tables. Once our food came out it wasn’t very good! Chicken was extremely over cooked and horrible. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

This used to be my FAVORITE place in Danville. I don’t know what happened. But it’s so bad and it makes me so sad. The only good thing about our order was the fiesta Lima chicken. It always slaps. My husband ordered the crispy chicken Mac and cheese thing and the chicken was almost black. He eats everything but couldn’t eat that. My favorite thing on the menu, chicken wonton tacos, were horrible. Used to frequent this place and knew it was going down hill but definitely had a horrible experience with the food this time. Hate to say it but I don’t think I’ll be back. I wanted this place to have a come back but I just don’t see it happening. 🙁

This location is not popular like it used to be. I’m not sure why. We came and did the 2 entrees for $30. We had the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp and then also Bourbon Steak and Shrimp and it was really good. We were surprised how good it all was.

Went for my birthday.. not only did we wait over an hour to be seated we were there for 3 hours! We got our food and mine had a Decent sized hair cooked in it that i pulled off it seasoning and all. Now granite they replaced the meal with another one but I had already lost my appetite after the finding hair in my food. But the replacement meal was also not good, it was bland and the garlic bread stick was hard as a rock. I couldn’t even eat it. Usually you get dessert on your birthday but that didn’t happen so that was also disappointing. I definitely will not be going back, I’ve never found hair in my food before so that was a big no for me…

I came in to eat, while waiting for our food to be prepared one of the waitresses were standing by the bathroom drawing something up in a syringe and passing it off to another waitress who then went into the bathroom with it.
While we waited on our food the waitresses were trying to decide who was going to cook because they didn’t have a cook.
Also, the food was gross, meat was burnt and not edible. Probably won’t eat there again.

This is the worst steak I’ve ever had. A frozen pizza would be better than this. It tasted like straight rubber, the Mac and cheese tasted like plain noodles. It tasted like they had left out the food for a hour, everything was cold and stale. Nobody out of a group of 9 ate all there food. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This place blew us away. We came in right a a nightmare costumer was ramping up. This customer never stopped talking, even when eating (just covered her mouth). We were amazed at waiter Tristan being calm and nice the whole time, and getting amazing manager Tori. Literally every bite was the worst thing this lady had ever eaten.
We had to move because this nightmare lady was so loud. Even seemed to make up some bogus story at the end that wasn’t true. Manager tori was so nice.
After the last left we chatted with Tristan and tori and told them how much we admired them handling that monster.
Our service was great and the burger very surprised me on how perfectly it was cooked.
Very fun story to tell about how the wait staff handled the actual monster lady from the movie Waiting.
Unfortunately I don’t think they added any garlic salt to her food (I definitely would have).
Top notch. We will return.

Went to Applebees today to try the new omcheese burger.. when me and my family walked in we wasn’t greeted or anything the person behind us walked in and went stray to the bar and got service as we continued to wait to be seated none of the 3 servers that made eye contact with me walked over or anything so me and my family left and had a really good meal at the cheddars instead.. so don’t bother going to this location
