Horrible experience! Went In at 8 something this evening and the only little couple present. Multiple employees setting around; on phones, laying down, digging in their heads! Had to request waitress just to get a refill on drinks. Ordered our food took forever to come out: husband asked for medium well steak it came out brunt to a crisp he couldn’t cut into it. We don’t normally send food back but we had to this one. After waiting over another 30 minutes and still no return of food. I had to get up and ask for the manager to find out what was going on. Steak removed from the check and we left. I could understand if the placed was packed out and we had to wait that long on food but we literally were the only 3 people present. My child got the chicken tender kids meal and 3 little bitty tenders came out burnt. This place has got to do better or they will close their doors. Only positive about the visit was the appetizer of wonton tacos.

Service was horrible! No refills, only saw our waitress for the food order & when the food got brought out, then when we got the check. Daughter asked for a refill she told her she would get her one which she did not. Marinara for the mozzarella sticks tasted burnt as well as the chips. My husbands food was extremely greasy. This place was not busy!! Will not be back! They need better management!

I just want to write this review b/c as a family of 6 who don’t celebrate holidays and didn’t have many options of places to eat tonight during the Thanksgiving holiday without breaking the bank, I was very impressed! Our server miss Julie B was PHENOMENAL! She made us feel very welcome and was exceptionally patient and kind with our small children! The food was fresh and DELICIOUS! I ordered the bourbon, mushroom and onion burger and was blown away with the flavor! Miss Julie B, with her joyous demeanor made our first night of family vacation that much more enjoyable! Thank you!

Applebee’s used to have some fantastic appetizers. They still have a few things that are OK. Maybe it’s a model of restaurant that has seen its prime. The mixed drinks are pretty good. Just cost a fortune. Just like everywhere else.

My party of two arrived at the restaurant at approximately 7:15 PM. We promptly placed our full order, including drinks, an appetizer, and entrées.
Despite the restaurant being very quiet—only one other table was occupied, and that party had already received their food—none of our items had been served by 7:57 PM (42 minutes after ordering). No drinks, appetizer, or entrées had arrived, and we received no communication from the staff regarding the delay.
Due to the prolonged wait and lack of service, we regrettably chose to leave the restaurant without being served.

Order our food was one other couple there. Food came and stuff wasn’t right my dish was very poorly made and had very little amount of food for a dinner entree took over 5 minutes for the server to come back for me to tell him. Then his manager says wow yeah that’s not right not only that was missing my bread stick as well. So they remake it my family was done eating and we had done paid for everything before my food was finally brought out. As I told them just to make it to go since my family and my parents was done eating and ready to go. So I had paid for a meal that wasn’t even right that I didn’t even eat and even when I got home go to open it and there was a long hair in it. My daughter wouldn’t even eat it. Now I’m making my dinner at home after having to spend over 1 1/2 hours at your establishment just to not eat. Also the 1 drink we ordered was nasty and tasted watered down. Over tall super bad experience. All for well I’m sorry.

Place is going downhill fast. My brother and I both ordered the 6 oz and 8 Oz Sirloin steak, but what we received was overcooked Chuck roast steak which needs to be slow cooked or it will be extremely hard and chewy. Which is what happened to us. I was a repeating customer but unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

0 0 0 horrible experience went for my birthday tonight and just absolutely horrible even with only 3 tables in the whole restaurant spent almost 2 hours spent $100 for what. Litterlaly for shitty service and shitty food. Had to flag down our server guy never got a refill. He walked past us multiple times and didn’t even say hey guys how’s it going and ask somebody who server for a long time horrible horrible experience. I felt bad for not tipping, but I still have a tip anyways but ruined my whole birthday.

First off the waitress did a good job. The restaurant was very dirty with food and liquid spills all over the walls. The paint on the walls needs to be reapplied as in many places it was missing. It was very disgusting. The four cheese Mac and cheese tasted nothing like cheese and there was very little sauce on the noodles. The noodles were freezer burnt and over cooked. The chicken on top had a very light honey taste and nothing else. My son enjoyed his hamburger, but said it wasn’t the best he has. My wife enjoyed the grilled chicken it was very flavorful and juicy. Honestly it was not how I remembered Applebee’s and we have no desire to return.

•Our awkward, yet well-meaning server brought out two of our party’s plates (admitting the kitchen had forgotten to make enough fries for the other two orders.) One of the served plates got the kitchen’s leftover, cold fries.
•When the server brought out the check, she dropped my to-go container, spilling my meal. I had only eaten a bite of my burger and a few fries. I was planning to have the rest for the next day’s lunch.
•She apologized, started cleaning the spilled food then brought out the check— which included my spilled meal. She didn’t offer a replacement.
I will *NEVER* go back.
