Balsamic Chicken Salad came with romaine instead of what looked like a spring mix in the picture. If you spend any time outside of Picayune, this is a cop out. Everywhere else a $20 salad should have some nutritional value and natural flavor from the greens. I’ve never had a problem with the steaks here but If you want a real salad go to the Depot on Canal.

My wife and I ordered our food, which was delivered with DoorDash. The food was 100% incorrect. We drove 15 minutes to the restaurant, with the food still in the bag. My wife asked for the manager, so she could try to explain the situation. The hostess refused to get the manager until my wife told her what the problem was. After explaining the situation, to this person that was, from the beginning in no way going to be able to help us, we were asked to wait. After sitting there for 15 minutes, the bartender came out from behind the bar and informed my wife that they weren’t going to correct the order, and that it wasn’t their problem. She then told my wife, if she wanted the correct order, that we would have to place another order with them, and pay another $50. When my wife said all she wanted was the burgers corrected, it wasn’t like she was asking for a refund, she was once again told by the bartender it wasn’t her problem. The manager never came out. This should never have been an issue, Applebees got paid, and for lack of a better term, all we got was our money stolen. We will never eat there again.

This restaurant never ceases to disappoint me every time we come here. For the appetizer, most of the chips were crushed. The Mac and cheese that I got was cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. Our server barely came back to check on us, even though she was attentive to other tables. It took forever to get some to-go boxes and the check as our server was nowhere in sight. Do better with your food and service.

We ate here about 2 weeks ago. It was clean, food was delicious, and the service was great! Considering the different Applebee’s that I’ve been to recently, I wasn’t sure about eating here. However, everything was absolutely wonderful at this location. We would definitely go back.

We had the best waitress in Picayune on Sunday around 1:00! She was an older lady with blonde hair. We aren’t from here, and stopped to grab a late lunch on the way home- Food was great and she was one of the sweetest waitresses I have ever seen. She def needs a raise! Wish I would have gotten her name.

I went Friday evening and everything about the night was terrible. I saw a mouse in the parking lot and the manger was loud and obnoxious with their “edgy jokes”. The food was gross and I could hear profanity being used towards the staff by the manager. Wont be returning.

Still impressed by this place. Not many people like because of others they know that have been here or worked in the past. I’ve been here quite a few times and have always been quick and great service. Only once I’ve had a not so good meal and I firmly believe it was only because they were absolutely packed. But still enjoyed it. Go try it and be mindful. They do try.
