Food was very mediocre, salsa was expired! Service was not that great had to wait quite some time for the server to return even in an empty building!

The food is hot, fresh, delicious. My favorite is the bourbon street, chicken and shrimp sizzling.n Oh my God to me, it is the best. I must take time out to tell you about the service. I happen to be a regular there. And it’s a nice feeling when this restaurant knows your name. It’s a warm environment they make you feel welcomed. And the best.
Part about it is it’s within my budget.
I usually come in there and get 2 orders to go once or twice a week.

Booo to Applebees. My mom went for her birthday dinner. The waiter said he’d bring her a special treat for her birthday. When ready for her treat, another staff member came over and said “We don’t do that anymore,” and told the waiter “That’s really nice of you. You must be paying!” The waiter was shocked and said, “I didn’t know, but I can.” Of course my mom said that wasn’t necessary, but what a downer on her special day. Even with limited restaurants in the area, we won’t be returning.

Server wasn’t very friendly but she did visit us often enough and the food arrived quickly and tasted good.
Edit: We have been back to this Applebee’s several times and have had several great servers since I first wrote this review. The food is also always delicious. However, recently, we went to Applebee’s with my in-laws (who are in their 80’s), and I was embarrassed to be seated at the table with them while Rhianna’s vulgar halftime show was displayed on every TV in the restaurant. There was also a family seated behind us whose young child was yelling out obscene phrases with potty humor and cussing and no-one said anything to them. However, I’m grateful that our server let us switch tables (to one right under the TV with Rhianna’s suggestive dancing). Personally, my husband and I don’t really care about her dancing or the crude lyrics, but my 80-year-old in-laws do, and I’m not comfortable bringing them back to what I thought was a family establishment.

Ordered online called to ask for silverware and extra butter.
Needless to say didn’t receive either even confirmed with Newt silverware was in bag.
I’m moving here but don’t have kitchen set up .
Was going to enjoy having Applebees close to house.
Will try once more in several days.

My family and I love eating here. The only problem is that if you have a group of 7 they will not seat you until half of your party is there which is crazy bc other restaurants go ahead and seat you. Other than that it is a great place to eat.

We had a waiter names matthew b . We got our drinks and tried them and they wasn’t sweet at all when waiter came back to take we told him before we could say anything else he ran off to fetch more tea that wasn’t sweet. He brought us tea with lemon without asking if we wanted it. My husband is allergic so off the waiter goes getting more tea that isn’t sweet. We had to ask another waiter about the tea and that waiter brought us tea that was actually sweet. While taking our order our waiter matthew sat down while taken our order. He didnt not tell me the mac and cheese was extra on my plate. He tried to push green beans which I didnt want. The appetizer came out cold. The steak i ordered was rare instead of medium rare. When we asked for a1 the waiter opened the a1 when he brought it to the table. He did not know how to be a waiter. For some one who works in the food industry I could have done a better job. When we wrote him a note that said please be a better server and listen he got mad. I would not recommend this applebee at all. Worse service I have ever recieved in a applebee’s
