Ok, as a server, I never talk negatively about my experiences in restaurants because I understand the business, but last night was a really bad experience. It was my friend’s birthday and we ordered drinks. It took us 27 minutes to get our drinks. The bartender was walking around, in the kitchen, and at times just nowhere to be found. We were also told that the bartender was cleaning glasses which still shouldn’t take 27 minutes. The server forgot to put in our appetizer. Then, after finally receiving our drinks, our food came out which was actually pretty good. My friend ordered another drink. We once again watched the bartender disappear and walk around the restaurant and that was just when she was visible. After about 15 minutes, our server walked by and said “do you still want your drink?” And my friend said that he did if she was going to make it. Our server replied “I don’t know.” So we canceled the drink, paid and left. I have never seen a place where literally there isn’t a single person good at their job. The cooks did make some good food, but the front of the house needs some work.

If I could give this Applebee’s negative stars, I would. Me and my husband sat at the bar Saturday night hoping for a simple drink and a decent meal, and somehow even that was too much to ask. The bartender was absolutely terrible. She clearly had no idea how to make drinks—what we were served tasted nothing like what we ordered. I don’t know if she was guessing, experimenting, or just didn’t care, but it was not right at all.

The service was just as bad as the drinks. Long stretches of being ignored, no urgency, no basic customer service skills whatsoever. You could practically feel the indifference radiating from behind the bar. When she did finally acknowledge us, it felt like we were inconveniencing her by existing.

And let’s talk about the bar itself—because wow. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Sticky surfaces, crumbs, spills, and that grimy “this has been ignored for a while” vibe that immediately kills your appetite. Sitting there was uncomfortable and honestly kind of gross.

Between the poorly made drinks, horrible service, and filthy bar, the entire experience was a complete disaster. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences me and my husband have ever had. Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely—there are frozen dinners that deliver better quality and service than this place did.

Details – Service?? Were we to receive that after patiently waiting for 30min without even offerred water/drinks. We were given a menu & nothing more. There were plenty of employees & the restaurant was scares of maybe 4 other tables occupied.
Staff stood around in groups chatting. Even after trips to the restroom with only one stall of use, still no waitress. After the wait. Even after we, party of five decided to leave. There was no one at the entrance being she was standing in the back chatting with others since we were seated. I dropped menus off & took family to enjoy dinner at Zaxbys. Service there was great & very welcoming. In case this happens to anyone else.
Hospitality training needed!

I went in here with 5 of my friends, we get our drink orders and order our food pretty quick. After that it took us 40 minutes to get our food and one of my friends didn’t even get his burger. We ended up asking our waitress, who was wearing an airpod by the way, if his food was coming out anytime soon and she said she’d go and check the kitchen. She did not come back. Horrible service. I’d also like to mention she did not id my friend when he bought a drink.

This has to be the dirtiest restaurant we’ve come across in all our travels.
Four employees sat visiting while customers waited for drinks or orders to be taken. After 5 mins of listing to the employee who sat a few booths away from us with anyone asking for our drink order we got up and left.
The AC was not working and I don’t blame the staff however the food all over the floor is something that is within thier control.
It just seemed like they didn’t care or just wasn’t into working that day.

I must say Karley is the best! Everytime my sister and I go she always gives us the best service. From being friendly to being knowledgeable of what they have to offer she aces it everytime! She definitely deserves a raise and should train the others there how to interact with customers!

This was by far the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The tables were all visibly dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months, there was trash all over the seats, and the ceiling was falling in from water damage. The carbonation was not working, so I couldn’t get a soda, my French onion soup was just soggy bread (absorbed all the soup before I got it) and some melted provolone cheese on top. The chicken wonton tacos were delicious, though.

The only saving grace to this experience was my server, I think her name was Taniaya. She was so friendly and helpful when I asked for her input on where to find some items in town I had been looking for.

I am usually someone who checks reviews before going somewhere, but I did not this time, otherwise I certainly would have went elsewhere.

My date and I walked into the restaurant right before a bus pulls in with a team of some sort. Baseball, maybe? They’re immediately seated and waited on. I wasn’t aware of reservations being possible. Okay, fine. Whatever.

After 20 minutes of waiting to be seated, we were greeted immediately by our server, Lauren. She offered drinks, appetizers and was very attentive and interactive with us. Stellar performance.
We didn’t know this at the time but this was her 4th night on the floor and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us.

There was no silverware in the house. There were also no glasses so had to wait for drinks, but not too long. Maybe 10 minutes.
We ordered Mozzerella sticks and they came out rather quickly and were edible to say the least.
After ordering our entrees, we noticed that nobody else had silverware and was waiting an insane amount of time for their entrees.
Salads did not come out to other tables for 45 minutes to an hour. In no kitchen should it ever take 45 minutes for a salad to get out. To make a long story short, just over 2 hours after being seated, our entrees hit the table. I was only served 1 side when it came with 2. My date and I ordered both of our steaks medium-rare. They both came out well done and charred. They were FIRM to the touch.
I sent my steak back, however my date refused to do so. I refuse to wait 2 hours for a meal and it not arrive the way I ordered it.
After waiting for another 20 minutes for a mid-rare steak, it comes to the table and it’s tender to the touch. Just from that, I knew it was cooked correctly. I wanted grilled shrimp added to my order, but the cooks told Lauren (my server) that they don’t do that, so I was unable to get grilled shrimp. Even though my date had ordered the entree that came with steak and shrimp. I feel the kitchen staff needs more training.
After the 2nd steak came out, we were greeted, finally, by Melissa, the General Manager. She tells us she’s comped our entire meal and apologized for the long wait time.
This was not only unfair to us as paying customers, but also to Lauren since she worked very hard and did an exemplary job despite the position she was in which was not her fault. Without a bill, Lauren would not get a tip since we had no cash.
We tipped her through Cashapp, as we saw it was only fair that she knew somehow that we appreciated her service throughout our visit.
Overall Experience was 4 out of 10 thanks to Lauren being an outstanding server.

There needs to be more teamwork happening in this place. I get that everyone has their own sections and their own tables but if you have time to sit in the corner for a ridicuous amount of time, there’s no reason why they can’t help clear off tables or check on other tables to see if they need anything. This should be a team effort on everyone’s part, from wall to wall.
Many servers did the bare minimum and were not clearing tables for other guests waiting to be seated.
People were literally waiting to be greeted by the hostess for 10+ minutes at a time when there were 8 tables waiting to be cleared while servers congregated in the back corner gossiping and on their phones. This is unacceptable.
There is a ridiculous amout of dust on the half wall between the bar and dining area.
The General Manager was not seen for a majority of the evening and the only time she helped the servers was when she seated a few guests. Get in there and clean some tables. Show your staff and guests that you are there for them and not just for the Management Title.
I believe that there is a lot of retraining that needs to be done at this restaurant because this is not how a “well oiled machine” is supposed to run. I will more than likely never be back and it would take more than a Free Meal for me to step foot back in there again.

We feel extra special, because, – we had a trainee server & trainee manager, & our regular server.
All 3 were pleasant & courteous!
The food was served in a timely manner & was hot & delicious.
We are visiting from Illinois & thoroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Bandit Review
the host set the tone for the whole disaster. They couldn’t have been more rude if they tried. No greeting, no smile, not even basic manners — just a blank stare like we’d interrupted their nap. When I politely asked how long the wait was, they sighed so loud it was like I’d asked them to climb a mountain. Then they vanished for ten minutes before coming back with a half-hearted “you can sit now,” like they were doing us a personal favor.

The table was sticky, the silverware looked used, and the air felt like pure tension. The staff all looked miserable, and now I understand why — leadership must be nonexistent if the host acts like that in plain sight. The food showed up cold, overcooked, and somehow still managed to taste like absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t feed that meal to my worst enemy.

By the end, we couldn’t even bring ourselves to complain — what’s the point, when the person at the front is already the most unwelcoming part of the whole experience? It’s rare that a single restaurant manages to ruin both my appetite and my mood, but congratulations — this place succeeded.
