Reviews
The service was just as bad as the drinks. Long stretches of being ignored, no urgency, no basic customer service skills whatsoever. You could practically feel the indifference radiating from behind the bar. When she did finally acknowledge us, it felt like we were inconveniencing her by existing.
And let’s talk about the bar itself—because wow. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Sticky surfaces, crumbs, spills, and that grimy “this has been ignored for a while” vibe that immediately kills your appetite. Sitting there was uncomfortable and honestly kind of gross.
Between the poorly made drinks, horrible service, and filthy bar, the entire experience was a complete disaster. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences me and my husband have ever had. Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely—there are frozen dinners that deliver better quality and service than this place did.
Staff stood around in groups chatting. Even after trips to the restroom with only one stall of use, still no waitress. After the wait. Even after we, party of five decided to leave. There was no one at the entrance being she was standing in the back chatting with others since we were seated. I dropped menus off & took family to enjoy dinner at Zaxbys. Service there was great & very welcoming. In case this happens to anyone else.
Hospitality training needed!
Four employees sat visiting while customers waited for drinks or orders to be taken. After 5 mins of listing to the employee who sat a few booths away from us with anyone asking for our drink order we got up and left.
The AC was not working and I don’t blame the staff however the food all over the floor is something that is within thier control.
It just seemed like they didn’t care or just wasn’t into working that day.
The only saving grace to this experience was my server, I think her name was Taniaya. She was so friendly and helpful when I asked for her input on where to find some items in town I had been looking for.
I am usually someone who checks reviews before going somewhere, but I did not this time, otherwise I certainly would have went elsewhere.
After 20 minutes of waiting to be seated, we were greeted immediately by our server, Lauren. She offered drinks, appetizers and was very attentive and interactive with us. Stellar performance.
We didn’t know this at the time but this was her 4th night on the floor and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us.
There was no silverware in the house. There were also no glasses so had to wait for drinks, but not too long. Maybe 10 minutes.
We ordered Mozzerella sticks and they came out rather quickly and were edible to say the least.
After ordering our entrees, we noticed that nobody else had silverware and was waiting an insane amount of time for their entrees.
Salads did not come out to other tables for 45 minutes to an hour. In no kitchen should it ever take 45 minutes for a salad to get out. To make a long story short, just over 2 hours after being seated, our entrees hit the table. I was only served 1 side when it came with 2. My date and I ordered both of our steaks medium-rare. They both came out well done and charred. They were FIRM to the touch.
I sent my steak back, however my date refused to do so. I refuse to wait 2 hours for a meal and it not arrive the way I ordered it.
After waiting for another 20 minutes for a mid-rare steak, it comes to the table and it’s tender to the touch. Just from that, I knew it was cooked correctly. I wanted grilled shrimp added to my order, but the cooks told Lauren (my server) that they don’t do that, so I was unable to get grilled shrimp. Even though my date had ordered the entree that came with steak and shrimp. I feel the kitchen staff needs more training.
After the 2nd steak came out, we were greeted, finally, by Melissa, the General Manager. She tells us she’s comped our entire meal and apologized for the long wait time.
This was not only unfair to us as paying customers, but also to Lauren since she worked very hard and did an exemplary job despite the position she was in which was not her fault. Without a bill, Lauren would not get a tip since we had no cash.
We tipped her through Cashapp, as we saw it was only fair that she knew somehow that we appreciated her service throughout our visit.
Overall Experience was 4 out of 10 thanks to Lauren being an outstanding server.
NOW……
There needs to be more teamwork happening in this place. I get that everyone has their own sections and their own tables but if you have time to sit in the corner for a ridicuous amount of time, there’s no reason why they can’t help clear off tables or check on other tables to see if they need anything. This should be a team effort on everyone’s part, from wall to wall.
Many servers did the bare minimum and were not clearing tables for other guests waiting to be seated.
People were literally waiting to be greeted by the hostess for 10+ minutes at a time when there were 8 tables waiting to be cleared while servers congregated in the back corner gossiping and on their phones. This is unacceptable.
There is a ridiculous amout of dust on the half wall between the bar and dining area.
The General Manager was not seen for a majority of the evening and the only time she helped the servers was when she seated a few guests. Get in there and clean some tables. Show your staff and guests that you are there for them and not just for the Management Title.
I believe that there is a lot of retraining that needs to be done at this restaurant because this is not how a “well oiled machine” is supposed to run. I will more than likely never be back and it would take more than a Free Meal for me to step foot back in there again.
All 3 were pleasant & courteous!
The food was served in a timely manner & was hot & delicious.
We are visiting from Illinois & thoroughly enjoyed our experience here.

The table was sticky, the silverware looked used, and the air felt like pure tension. The staff all looked miserable, and now I understand why — leadership must be nonexistent if the host acts like that in plain sight. The food showed up cold, overcooked, and somehow still managed to taste like absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t feed that meal to my worst enemy.
By the end, we couldn’t even bring ourselves to complain — what’s the point, when the person at the front is already the most unwelcoming part of the whole experience? It’s rare that a single restaurant manages to ruin both my appetite and my mood, but congratulations — this place succeeded.
