I was blown away by my exceptional experience at this Applebees.
We were immediately greeted by our extremely warm and professional server, Brandon. This guy is awesome and should teach training classes on customer service and how to exceed expectations. I was really impressed with him. If you had a restaurant full of Brandon’s, you’d be the busiest place in town.
Secondly the value we paid for the quality food was unreal. We got the 2 for 25. We started with the artichoke and dip and I’m telling you it was the absolute best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Then we got a 6oz garlic steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was brought to the table still sizzling and was cooked perfectly!
Also the restaurant as a whole was clean and ALL the staff were attractive and professional in dress and demeanor.
Management is really killing it here. I always believe things start at the top and trickle down. Great job guys. You can tell this is well taken care of and loved Applebees.
I will definitely be coming back to this Applebees and Brandon!

Grabbed lunch with the bestie on a whim here the other day. Glad we did! Enjoyed the “eatin’ good in the neighborhood” vibe of the bar area, while bartender took EXCELLENT care of us. Got the 2 fer $25, and it didn’t disappoint! Would recommend for a quick, convenient lunch date!!

Had the Quesadilla burger and garlic green beans. It was delicious! Burger was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Chose the Quesadilla as a lower carb option and wasn’t disappointed. Green beans were flavorful and tender. Service was good and well paced-received food quickly after ordering. Overall very good experience!

You can tell the waiter was new at this job. He said he forgot the spinach dip, he didn’t bring out a side my sister ordered. He just needs more training. The food was good, I got the riblets, I don’t think you can go wrong with those.

I am old enough to remember when Applebee’s was a pretty good place to eat. My goodness how times have changed. The spinach dip had been reheated in a microwave. The tortilla chips had absolutely no flavor. My ribelts and fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My wife’s chicken and shrimp was tasteless and almost inedible. They tea was not very sweet. The service was slow. Way to expensive for such subpar food. Will never eat here again and would not recommend to anyone wanting to eat good food.

I did a doordash order today and it was taking forever. I thought maybe they were just busy. Turns ut my dasher was changed 3 or 4 times and each one went in. Well either one of them before the last one stole the order or a customer did that was there. Applebee’s needs t make the dasher CONFIRM PICKUP ON DOORDASH OR ANY PICKUP ORDER. And my dasher said the guy at the bar with long hair today, 1/15/26, was very rude to him saying “Order was stolen and not their problem” and repeatedly told him to leave. Do better Applebee’s. This is part of the problem of yall not being popular as you use to be.

Good meaty ribs with delicious BBQ sauce. Price was fair and the amount of food was a good value. Car side delivery was quick, friendly and professional. Over all 5 star service and quality with no complaints. Thanks Applebee’s!

We were there at 8pm and there were only a few tables with people. We waited a bit before the server came to seat us. Once she arrived she began walking to the intended table without saying anything. I am on crutches and she didn’t slow her speed at all. Fortunately the place isn’t that large so we were able to find where she laid the menus for us. She had laid them there and walked on; again never saying anything. After we sat there for a few minutes the same girl came to tell us she was our server. The pretzels with beer cheese were very good! The amount of cheese was less than other places.We each ordered from the “all you can eat” menu. I started with the fried shrimp and my 2nd course was the boneless Buffalo wings. They arrived cold. My husband started with the riblets and his 2nd course was the BBQ boneless wings. Our friend got the shrimp and then the riblets. As a 2nd course, only 1 riblet was served. As a 1st course you get 3. Shrimp was good, riblets were good, boneless wings were cold and hard. The fries were also cold and you get them only with the 1st serving. In the past I have always received excellent service here but this time was a definite miss. For $14.99 it was not a bad deal, esp if you can eat multiple servings. It is also nice that you can mix up your orders between the 3 options.

Seated quickly. Ordered oriental chicken salad and 6oz sirloin steak with garlic mashed potato and broccoli. They were good with a little suggestion, less salt on steak and more lettus in salad. Service was good.
