Stopped in after a long day of riding. We were greeted and seated right away. The service was good. I ordered the Prime Rib Dip and my wife had the Oriental Chicken salad. The foot was good and my dip was loaded with ingredients. The salad was fresh.
It was relatively quiet for a Saturday night, but there weren’t any good football games playing at the time.

It’s an honest restaurant food-wise, but could use some updating on the interior.

Went here the other night to celebrate with my husband, and was sorely disappointed with our quality of food and service. We had ordered two medium-rare steaks, but ended up getting served blue steaks that were completely raw inside. When we told the lady that brought them to us, she checked the steaks with a phone flashlight, because she questioned us when we said they were too rare to eat. This happened three times! The cook had to re-fired it, not once, but twice! The third time they brought us back our steaks, we gave up and told the lady that they were fine, even though one was still raw and the other was now well-done. It was embarrassing to have to ask them to continually recook it, so we boxed it up to cook for ourselves later.

As though this wasn’t bad enough, there were several other problems with our order. The salmon was overcooked and dry. We ordered ten boneless wings and only got eight, even though they still charged us for ten. While the server was nice, he also didn’t make a note of our order and forgot an entire appetizer. He also never checked on us to see how we were doing with the food, because he was busy chatting with coworkers in the back. He did keep our drinks filled up, but didn’t stay long enough for us to remind him about the missing appetizer, wings, or messed-up entrees.

The only reason I gave this place a two, instead of a one, was because the boneless wings were actually delicious and I really enjoyed my unique non-alcoholic drink. I also appreciated how friendly the staff was, despite the various mistakes.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My husband and I went to this location for an early valentines dinner. After a long day at work my husband decided he wanted an alcoholic drink to end his day. We got there before happy hour was over. He ordered the Long Island iced tea margarita. When he received his drink after 10 minutes of waiting for it, you couldn’t even taste the alcohol in it. Now those drinks are supposed to come with 2 oz of liquor, this one did not. He told our waitress that he wasn’t happy with the drink and ordered a draft beer instead. The waitress then proceeded to tell us that we wouldn’t be charged for that drink and took the drink away. The manager brought my husband his draft beer. She was very rude and proceeded to tell him that the Long Island margarita he ordered would still be on our bill because “Tennessee state law says they aren’t aloud to remove alcohol from the table.” So that being said my husband asked for the drink back since he was still going to be paying for it. She told us the only way he would get the drink is if he was charged for another one. I’ve worked in this line of work, if she couldn’t refund the alcohol she could’ve made it right by taking something off of our food. It is NOT our fault his alcoholic beverage wasn’t made correctly. She is very rude and not customer friendly. Not really sure how she has a manager position. My husband and I will NEVER return to this franchise.

My family decided to pay it a visit on 4/13/25. I wish we had walked out as soon as we walked in, but my son was taking me out as a belated birthday present, and he kinda had his heart set on it. It wasn’t terribly busy, but looking around while we were waiting to be seated, I noticed the floor was trashed and sticky. When the host decided to seat us, he was undecided and ended up placing us at a window booth. The waitress showed up after a few minutes and took drink orders. She gave us a few minutes to decide, and then as we were ordering, (we had all wanted items with mushrooms) she informed us the restaurant was out and we had to order other things instead. We ordered the appetizer and told the waitress we needed silverware. Got the appetizer, and still no silverware, but it was pretzel sticks, and we could manage. (They had been sitting for a bit because the cheese already had a pretty think film on it where it was congealing. Then our food came and still no silverware. When we reminded the waitress about the silverware, she said she’d get it and then proceeded to take the order of the table next behind us. (Seriously!) When she finished that, she proceeded to walk to the computer to put their order in. Our food is getting cold so I go ask at the bar if I could please get some, because we don’t have any. The bartender, who was super sweet, gave me some, and I took it back to the table. We have just gotten the forks unwrapped when the waitress shows up with some silverware and then asks us if our food is good. To which I respond, “We don’t know. We just got our silverware.” She says “oh” and then disappears. My son’s steak is over done, my husband’s sandwich (prime rib dipper) – the meat was hard and crunchy. The sweet bartender came up and asked us if our stuff was okay, and I let her know the steak was overdone. She offered to send it back, but my son declined. She went back, and the manager came out and let us know she had comped the steak, which we appreciated, offered us dessert, which we declined, and then took my husband’s plate because he had managed to finish. The original waitress came up demanding to know what was wrong with it, and we told her nothing. We got a mumbling apology from her. Then we had ant visitor who came out and walked across the table. It was not a good experience overall. We appreciate the kindness of the bartender and the manager as well, but I don’t see us ever coming back to that location.

Our server Denna was very sweet and respectful and seemed to be pretty organized.. only keep Warner would be to set alcoholic beverages further away from children or to at least signal the parent or adult that ordered it to grab personally instead of setting it if there’s no other option. Food presentation was beautiful although the mashed potatoes were cold mistake was made just write juicy tender great flavor
Even though I’m used to seeing it busier a lot busier than what it has been I can honestly say it’s still a good date night location

Amber and Ashley are amazing bartenders! They have fun, quick, and relate to guests. They take care of customers great while remembering regulars drinks and usual food orders. I hope managers take care of them!

I was at lunch and came back for dinner. Great food presentation and prices.

If you want your order correct, a good steak and good service DON’T GO HERE!!! #1 When my wife and I got to our table there was a small pile of chocolate sauce on the table. #2 we placed our order two appetizers two steak dinners one rib dinner. The order was messed up!!! The appetizers came out about 10 to 15 minutes apart. #3 one steak came out with the ribs the other steak was nowhere to be seen. #4 my steak was first to come out. It was fine other than NOT being done. I cut into it and it mooed at me. They took my steak and only my steak back and cooked it a little longer (still not quite done after) #5 my wife’s steak was right on time 10 minutes AFTER the waitress put it in the computer which was AFTER I got my under done steak. #6 GUESS WHAT…. my wife’s steak was also “cooked to order” NOT!!! Hers twitched on the plate when she cut in to it. #7 The best part THE BEST PART was the menu it reminded me of a certain kind of magazine that gets the pages stuck together shortly after being read YES that’s right the pages of the menu was stuck together. it’s been over a year since I was here last because of a bad experience. Also the waitress came to the table about 6 time while we were there with an empty glass sitting there for about 10 minutes before being refilled. Your better to go to Texas roadhouse or Aubrey’s. I should’ve known something was amiss when all the other restaurants were standing room only and here there was plenty of parking spaces close to the shop and a lot of empty tables inside. Don’t get me wrong the manager did “TRY” to make it right but as the old saying goes to LITTLE to late. AND NO I DONT WANT ANY COMPENSATION FROM APPLEBEE’S STORE OR FROM CORPORATE. I won’t be going here again. Bad service and bad food quality.

Server need better training. I ordered a chicken salad and soup. My daughter a kid hamburger. It took all most 30 mins for the food to come out. I was the only one sitting in the dinning at the time . Few people at the bar. So they where not busy. For to take that long. I expect the sever didn’t put our order in right away. When I did get the food. My salad was wrong one. It one that had spices I couldn’t do. So had to be sent back for the one I order. Server said all the salad buttons look like the same. That tells me she doesn’t know how to ring oders in right. Then when I got the check . She had still charged me for the salad I didn’t order. It was $15.50 something. When the salad I ordered was 12.99. Had have that fixed. Managers didn’t seem to care that she messed up so much.

Great lunch, atmosphere, couldn’t be better. Served quickly by server. I had black cajun salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Girlfriend chose a bourbon street mushroom and swiss burger with fries. Very nice experience. Highly recommend.
