We enjoyed a wonderful meal here today! Service was great (Harmony did a great job) and food was served hot and delicious! We ordered a fried mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and riblets with slaw and garlicky green beans. Yummy! I only wish that they would clean the area of booth seats between the back cushion and the seat cushion! There was food, crumbs and trash there! They lose points for that, as it was just gross.

My daughter and I go here often. Went last night, 3-3-2026, and our waitress, Debra T, was the absolute worse. We asked for an appetizer, it took 15 minutes or so for us to get it. My daughter asked for some ranch for her appetizer motzorella sticks, she never brought it. My daughter had to ask a different waitress to bring her some. I was out of tea in my cup for almost 10 minutes before she even check and asked if we needed anything, clearly she could see my cup was empty. She said I’ll get you a refill. Well, 10 minutes or so longer, our food comes out, my tea still hasn’t been refilled. Sit there even longer with my food getting cold still waiting on tea. Finally she ask if we need anything and I said yeah I still need a refill. Of course I didn’t leave a tip, she should be fired if she can’t do her job when it wasn’t even busy when we was there.

It has been a while since we ate here, but, we decided to check it out once more . I got the biggest, fattest bacon cheeseburger i have ever eaten, well, tried to eat! It was.so big i had to try to mash it flat so I could eat it ! It was a great burger, she had riblets that were really good, too. They also have some really good coleslaw. The server, Riley, was very nice and attentive, remember to rip your server according to your service, if you can. I know money is really tight for everyone now and the prices here are.a little bit higher than some of the other places . Kinda depends on what you order. We had the 7 dollar fill up, two of us, it still ended up costing over 35 bucks! Ok,, this is an update. This time, i had a 12 Oz ribeye, she had baby back ribbs and it was all great, server was Kristen, she did fantastic! We were very pleased again at Applebee’s!! It is still expensive, but you have to have a little enjoyment occasionally! Go for it and i hope you have as good a time as we did! Nuff said..

Despite a minor food oops, the staff and manager handled it very well. The waiter was very attentive. And even though it was quite busy and a holiday, they had our meals to us very quickly. We will absolutely be going back soon.

Food was okay.. serve was pleasant. My girlfriend got sick (not related to the food) and had to step outside and I heard her tell our server to watch us because we “might dine and dash”. Stared at us the entire time I was finishing up my dinner. We won’t be back.

My husband and I go to Applebee’s every year on Halloween as it’s our anniversary. I was hesitant after reading the reviews. But we came anyways. Everything was wonderful. Even though my spinach artichoke dip was literally ice cold. The manager came directly to us to apologize and gave us a free appetizer for our next visit. From the moment we walked in on a busy holiday until we left, the service and environment was outstanding. Thank you. We felt valued as customers.

Save yourself the trip, I’ve been to this location three times and this is definitely the last. I’m all for giving second chances, we all know restaurants can have off nights. We came in around 4, and there weren’t really any people in so we figured service would be better than the past two times. Wrong. We were there an hour, which yeah may not be bad necessarily. But when you are literally in there with two other families, it shouldn’t have taken that long. We get our drinks, I had to ask for a water twice to our waiter and she never brought it, and she had wrote our ticket completely wrong. Then our waiter suddenly had to leave so we got a different waiter named Melissa. Now Melissa was quite literally the only good part about this experience she was lovely and very helpful making our meals right and our bill correct. As you can see the burger my boyfriend got was burnt to a crisp. He still ate half of it, because he felt bad about asking to change it, but I had to get it removed from our bill. So shoutout to Melissa, you’re a great server! Not your fault for these circumstances
