I had the nicest waiter who was training another waitress. They both saw to my order prompt brought my drink right away took my order. The food was sooo! good. My salad was crisp and lots of veggies with it. Loved the way they cut up the tomatoes and cucumbers with onions so small . My steak was ordered medium well. It was a touch to pink for me but it was tender juicey and very well seasoned. It came with garlic potatoes and green beans which were great. Best meal i have had in a while. .keep up the good service tell the cook congrats job well done !!

It was my worst experience ever here,, I’ve come here multiple times,, but this time was the number 1 worst, I believe there was something wrong with are server,, she could not do her job.. it took her a long time to get to us to even place our order.. when our food came out she didn’t even bring us bread and butter plates, the kids had eat on the table for their appetizers,, I had to go to hostess to get some.. Than when brought food out forgot mine.. she never ever once checked on us for refills or anything,, we had to flag down a server to retrieve my food that was still sitting in the window.. we were sitting at the big table by the doors. She finally came and asked my daughter at the end how was your food, trying play it off it was the cooks fault.. which even my daughter told her her food was bad and as you seen in the picture above what my chips looked like not edible to eat.. to small.. This girl needs to be fired.. she don’t know how to serve but again she also acted sick.. February 5th/2023. 8pm- 9:30p.m we were there.I would do a check on her.. worst experience my daughter and I had.. And I love Applebee’s

Our order had got lost and we had to wait 45 minutes until my husband ask our waitress why was other people getting their order and we wanted our ticket to pay for the cheese sticks and drinks and finally the waitress filled our drinks again and Manger apologize and knocked off 1 of our steak dinner and then only charged us for water. Other than that, food was great .

1st time here, family of 6. Waited for a table to be cleaned to be seated. Waitress was super nice and attentive the entire time. Appetizers came quickly and were good. Entrees took a looooonngggg time. Like over an hour for simple things. Which is hard with kids. Saw several other tables waiting as well. The floor was dirty with things on it everywhere saw several employees standing around. Very small selection of alcoholic drinks they look huge but are mostly ice. The entrees after waiting way too long were disappointing. The kids ate their food, I asked for a salad to be taken off bc it was so soggy I couldn’t eat it. The wanton tacos that I came for just tasted like grease and I couldn’t eat them either but by the time the food comes you’re full on drinks and appetizers. French onion soup was good and hubby was happy with his burger. Spent too much time and money on ok food probably won’t be back. Front of house and kitchen need better managing, again grateful for our kind server. If it hadn’t taken so long, the place was cleaner, and the food was how it should’ve been, would’ve given more stars.

Had a little wait for a table at 4:30 in the afternoon. Waitress was a little slow but great with the refills. Food was average. Kids were very disappointed that ranch is now 25 cents a cup, and chicken tenders where much smaller than the ones in Bessemer.
