I’ve bee going to this location for years. I like the new remodel. The staff is friendly all the time. You don’t wait long to waited on and your waitress takes care of you with a cheerful smile. The food is great or at least the dishes I’ve had over the years.

I don’t normally eat at Applebees but since it was close to home I decided to stop in. This location has a newly renovated look. Very modern, clean, neat and open. Service was terrible! I should’ve known it would be bad because we waited over ten minutes when we first arrived to be sat at a table. The menu variety was large, food still lack luster. It was very cold and our server must’ve left and gone home because we didn’t see him after he took our order, which he didn’t bother to write down and still got incorrect. The manager and another server attempted to help us but we still sat for extended periods of time with no service at all, empty glasses and waiting on a check. It’ll be more years before I return if ever.

My fiance and I came to Birmingham from out of state for a trip stopped and ate here. This applebees was the best by a mile from any other one I’ve been to. There server Christian was absolutely perfect on service with timing, professionalism, and with anything we needed
In addition, the food was absolutely perfect, no joke literally top 3 food of any restaurant I’ve ate at in my 29 years of living.
Very good place to eat, will definitely recommend this place to other people we know that come to Birmingham.

Our server, Kimberly, was so sweet! She took really good care of us. Our food was delicious. I was even able to get my son to try something new for a change which was great. It was nice to see that they still had some of their deals (e.g., 2 for $25). We will definitely be back because we “ate good in the neighborhood!”

This Applebee’s looks great on the inside. There was a 45-minute wait. But once we were seated, our waitress Kayla did not miss a beat. She was very attentive and courteous. The food was good! The service was excellent! The atmosphere was perfect!
We ordered the All You Can Eat (Boneless Wings, Riblets, and Fried Shrimp), Three-Cheese Penne, & 12 oz. Ribeye Steak w/ Broccoli and Loaded Mashed Potatoes.

Stopped in today and food was fantastic! Kinsley was our waitress and she was exceptional. Wife had to return her steak was just a bad piece of meat you couldn’t see till you cut in it and Kinsley was very happy to replace it. Thanks Kinsley will ask for you the next time we are in.

Worst food ever. I dont know what happened, but all of our food was cold. Not even warm, COLD. Took for ever. Horrible experience honestly. I had to take the time to write a review management has to know, we werent the only ones complaining. We still left a good tip not waiters fault.

Food was great. Wait staff was terrible. Came by saw we were out of water. Do you need anything? Yes water, we said. Ok. She goes straight back to a table by the kitchen and sits down. Never comes back. We had to track someone down to pay out.

This is a newly opened Applebee’s, it opened on May 29, 2023. The staff is new and eager to please. I was seated and served quickly by a friendly waitress. The ribeye was done just as ordered and tasted fantastic, the broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes are great compliments.
