I was always impressed by this location, comparing Tampa locations, everytime i come service is great and food is good. Normally I come once a week sometimes twice and grab to go order. Today experience was awefull I went to grab some drinks for my husband birthday and because we wasnt sure if we were staying I asked for my piña colada to go, because I always ask to go I already know what type of cups they use,but this time this gentleman use a Kids meal cup to serve my piña colada without cherry or whipcream.. I was upset but I took it and drank it. We decided to stay and I asked for another piña but not to go, and this guy made the piña half way of the cup.. he make sure I wasnt looking which I pretended I wasnt and got whipped cream and tried to cover the rest of the cup.
I also want to point out that it was very hard from order food to him.. he barely looked at us, and I had to bring my attention to him for long time to get me the 3 things I order..
I told the manager on duty but no resolution was addressed I went home without getting at the very least a well done Piña colada and still being charged 5 bucks for it even without me drinking it…

My husband and I go there every week. We sit in the bar section because the Bartender Chaila is so great at her job. We were sitting in the dining room and Kelly and Brandon were good also, but Chaila is so bubbly and friendly we enjoy having her serve us. It seems like everyone in the bar area loved and respected her which to me is a sign of a really good person. My husband and I come for the daily specials, the price is so good and the food taste good too. We’re seniors who live on social security so we can’t beat the price of the specials. If you want a good meal and a fun time, stop by Applebee’s bar area, if you want a quiet time to talk and eat you can’t beat the dining room. The place has always been clean. If I had one complaint it would be the coleslaw, it just seem dry and I love mine milky. I highly recommend this place.

I understand that I wasn’t dressed so fancy just getting out of the gym and all but the staff pretty much treated me like trash every time that they saw that my drink was empty and I needed something they passed me by and I had to wave down the lady in the front to let her know I needed refills .I asked for ranch twice the first time I didn’t get any , The second time I asked I got my ranch Right before I was finishing up my chicken quesadillas which got cold . And then I heard the servers ranting about the next tables card declining about how they wanted them to get a flat tire because they tipped $3 . You need to do better I do customer service and that’s not good customer service ! You take care of your people end of story! The next time I go I will keep an extra outfit in the car I will keep in mind that they serve people a little bit better who wear fancy stuff so I don’t have to be ignored. I paid cash for my bill and I waited for the server to come back I had to ask the lady in the front yet again because the bill was rushed so fast and they were so fast to take the money and I’m not stating that they were going to keep it or anything but literally I feel like the service was really not there The person who sat me down was fine but the other waitresses did not really care I don’t feel like they did their best nor did they want to be there how fast that the bill was pushed on me and I don’t like it when I’m chilling and sipping on my tea they’re already asking if I wanted a to go cup. Offer a refill The customer will tell you if they want a to-go cup let them chill it’s a Saturday . After pumping iron and also hitting the treadmill All they want to do is chill and have a light meal and some tea.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Applebee’s and it was a huge success! We had a big group, but our server (the amazing blonde with a killer personality) handled us like a pro! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s the little things that make great memories.
The drinks were spot on, and the food came out promptly. Everything was delicious, and we had a fantastic time. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to celebrate a birthday!

Really great service! We get to go here often and always have fast in and out service. Now the food…. Also a home run (Don’t sleep on that super cheesy burger… It’s seriously OMG.) Burgers here are not from a frozen box. Food is fresh and delicious every time.

My husband and I decided to try the new menu (New Orleans Bourbon style dishes) they were delicious with generous portions! We also had a combo platter appetizer offering samples of mixed on the menu appetizers that was also delish! The prices were reasonable considering today’s economy. Our server was extremely helpful and checked on us on a timely manner as well as regularly to make sure all was as we expected. I love Apple Bees and we will see you soon! Great dining experience .

Order a medium rare and get well done…. Nothing much to say aside from that, picture speaks for itself…. Makes me think the cook eats garbage like this if they’re serving it…. Learn food temps!

I’ve been a server for 7 years so I completely understand waiting longer for food or drinks due to being busy and understaffed. However, tonight was just bad. We sat waiting about 10 or so minutes to be greeted, ordered our drinks and waited another 10 minutes. Our waitress Savannah took our order and that was the 2/3 time we seen her our entire time there. She dropped off our food and never came back once to check on us. Another server with a horrible attitude dropped off a box which at this point our lukewarm food was cold so we weren’t gonna take it anyway. The manager came over and discounted our bill which was very appreciated, but he just didn’t seem to really care about what the problem was considering the other three tables were complaining as well. I don’t know if they just need different management or better servers? I just know that if my General Manager was there she would have a field day because overall this was a joke.

Walked in to no host or hostess waited for about 15 min before watching hostess come out of back to go right back into the back. Finally comes out says there will be another 10 min.
Waitress comes takes our drink order don’t see her for another 20 min. And then once she does deliver drinks disappears again for I don’t know how long. Food come out late she tries to play it off like it just hit window but was barely hot at all.
Place use to be good not so much.
Problem won’t return again.

Our server was Faith. She was sweet but not very good as a server. She walked past us 4 times before greeting us. Our food was cold and wrong. He other tables food was cold as well. Yes, if your food comes out cold it’s your servers fault. Our appetizer came out literally 2 minutes before our meal, same with our bread. We were charged $7 for plain bread sticks even though we didn’t get the Alfredo. She neglected to tell us that it would be the same price as the Alfredo. If we’d known that we would’ve gotten the Alfredo. We had to flag her down for refills twice. She also did not do proper pre bussing, yes I work in a restaurant as a tipped employee as well. The hosts were taking dirty glasses off the booths and putting them on clean tables instead of simply taking them to the back. This was shocking to us to watch them do that.
