Came in on a Saturday for lunch. It was cold outside. Service was great, food was good, but not very hot despite being one of 4 tables, and food arriving very quickly. But to the kitchen’s credit, when it is in the low 50s inside the restaurant, it’s a challenge to keep food (fries) hot. Bartender said that they don’t have heat. Not that it was broken, but that they just don’t have it. Not sure about commercial building code in Hernando county. I would go back here to eat, just not on a cold day. I didn’t ask about A/C, but if they don’t have that, there would only be a couple of days per year that I would go there. Now that I think about it, why bother taking a chance. For the owner, lots of retired, or just older folks, were turned away at the door when told that there was no heat. Bathrooms need a remodel too. Dirty and not maintained. caulking yellow and cracking.

But, 66 dollars for two salads and a chicken strips platter for my daughter, which we have gotten many times there as recently as a month ago and they have never looked like this this look like chicken fingers you would buy Frozen at the store and throw in an air fryer very small and with a side of fries this plate was $15 and change her second side was macaroni which they charged $4 more for so $19 for this little meal which is too much even if the chicken fingers were like regular but was very disappointed in this experience today our salads were amazing and at 1599 a piece I knew what I was buying but when the chicken strips meal was just as much and came with so little or such poor quality, you just leave feeling robbed

So we ordered strips and pasta. They didn’t include my sauce, the straps are smaller then the boneless wings, and the strips are supposed to be a meal. Poor food quality. Look at those sad, sad tenders. They look like chicken fingers. Not going to make that mistake again. And the little white speckles on the boneless wing, that’s the parm on the garlic parm boneless wings. No garlic, terrible food, the only thing good in that plaza is is the new Ollie’s. Smh i could have gotten 3 bags of tyson, garlic parm flavor and it would have been better. I don’t recomend.

I would not recommend this location, some of the people that work there are just plain rude . Dont try and ask anyone their first name bc it is apparently a capital crime now to know someone’s first name now . The management actually is okay with it. As well as the private owner . I verified this to be 100 percent true. I will not help support this location staying in business when they insult veterans in this manner. Just bc they offer a free meal on veterans day does not mean the local location makes that decision. At a corporate level only the owner of this location is reimbursed all the free meals on veterans day by corporate. This is not a corporate location. It is pure greed plain and simple. I am boycotting this Applebee’s permanently.

Wow once’s again what a great experience I had today at the brookville Applebees’s first of all the food was that new burger on the skillet was Amazing . the staff are super nice and welcoming the manager Carlos came over to make sure if we needed anything and not including us he went and talk to the other customer as well Now That is what a great service is supposed to be I would most definitely recommend this place to everbody that I know . I lol give this place a 10 star

This was my first visit to this Applebee’s location.
Sierra was a fantastic server. She was very attentive, courteous, and got out order correct. She frequently checked on us so our drinks were never empty.
The host sat us quickly and the food came quickly even though it was a packed house.
We got the 2 for $38 with spinach artichoke dip and chips and bourbon chicken and shrimp. It was delicious.
The food was served hot and came quickly. My only complaint was that my broccoli was very raw and my Cesar salad had way too much dressing.

Honestly the best casual dining service we have had in a very long time. Server Treyvin was above and beyond , never even had to ask for a refill. Haven’t been to Applebees in probably 5-10 years. Decided to give it a shot again. Was pleasantly surprised -given prompt service , food , and great experience.
