I placed an order to go while I was in there. The service in the restaurant was good. The people were friendly however I didn’t check the food before I left. I got home. The sandwich was bone dry crispy burnt had to throw it away. Second experience I’ve had with this restaurant and to go orders. Seems like if you order it needed it there the food’s pretty good but if you take it to go and don’t check it before you leave big mistake. I’m sure the Chef should be ashamed of what he or she is putting out.

Great customer service and professionalism. Food selection was great, everything we had was fresh, and hot. Definitely recommend the oreo cookie shake. Our server Luke, was very attentive to detail and Alejandro as well. Both checking on us all the time, making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Ya know, steaks were damn good again. Cooked to order. Mozzarella sticks and onion rings piping hot. -too hot to touch in fact. Garlic mashed and broccoli just right. Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp perfect again. Jason’s a great server well-deserved tip. Sit in his section and you too will get refills and a box without having to ask…. Excellent service!

Carly was our bartender. She was great. Service was great, food the norm, never changes, always good. But her service was what made our little pit stop on vacation worth the stop. She was funny and witty and after driving a long while, just what we needed to decompress so we could get back on the road. The manager came over more than once, was as sweet as can be. If you’re in the area and want a good bite and a good time. Stop in and ask for Carly at the bar. You won’t regret it.

We were pleasantly surprised by this Applebee’s. My wife and I generally go to other type of places for a quick lunch but decided to give this location a try.
Our server was attentive, polite, and helpful when asked about the menu. The food was also above par with seasoning on both the steak I ordered and the chicken my wife ordered that made them quite delicious. All of our side dishes were as expected, as well.
Our first visit was to sit down to eat lunch, but we have been back numerous times since for take-out and have yet to be disappointed.

A friend and I went there last Saturday. I didn’t say nothing about anything because he doesn’t like to complain, but we couldn’t eat our food. It was disgusting. I got a quesadilla burger and he got a clubhouse grill. She asked how I wanted it and I said done Well done it came out with blood on the plate. Hamburger was raw I don’t even know if they cooked it but she never came back to find out was the food any good and I asked for a box so did he so she seen I hadn’t ate it ( hoping she would see, I hadn’t eat it ) and I said I’ll take it home and cook it. I guess because it was raw she said oh yeah that’ll help instead of saying well you wanted it done but it wasn’t. It’s always up to me where we go, but I don’t think it’ll be Applebee’s again. I should’ve said something then, but he doesn’t like to complain. He just threw his away and I couldn’t eat mine either. And another thing he always leaves a great tip really good, but he didn’t give her one not this time because she wasn’t very good at all
It’s up to the cook if the food isn’t prepared right but it’s on the waitress when she sees. It’s not eat to ask why and maybe like come back to the table and see if everything‘s OK
because it was isn’t the first time but it will probably be the last.

My food was good and hot. Everything felt fresh. Service was well meaning but some mistakes were made. For example my food came but I had no utensils. I also ran out of drink and it took a while to get a refill but then it was refilled by two different people. These are small mistakes and did not negatively affect my experience. I would eat here again!
