When we arrived we sat for 30 minutes before someone came and took our drink order then when our server finally made it over to us (mind you it was dead and a Tuesday evening around 9:30) all she do was complain to us about having more people show up in a party then were supposed to show but we didn’t want to hear about her day we had been sitting for an hour and wanted to order some food , when we finally received our food the steak was placed in front of me and before I could ask to send it back the server just walked away and did not return for another 40 minutes and it was just to drop the check my steak was soooo small I laughed so hard in disbelief I placed a fork on top of the steak to show reference of just how small my steak was I couldn’t even get a refill on my drink because there was no table touch I have never had such poor service and the protein in my plate !!! Do better Applebees I’m sharing this picture across all my social media platforms I hope anyone who chooses to eat at this lakeland Applebees to not order the steak unless they plan on stopping at a drive thru on your way home because I was given a steak nugget ♀️ do better guys the economy is already hard as it is so to charge almost $20 for this was crazy this was supposed to be a date night do my husband and myself and it turned into just me having co tent for my social media

I ordered the soup or salad(through doordash) for $6.89 & the children’s grilled cheese. The soup came in this dinky little cup. I knew there would be croutons and parm cheese on it. But when I opened it it was so thick I had to remove it and was left with approximately 3oz of Soup and it was cold. The grilled cheese was ice cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted even though it stated it was made with ooey gooey cheese. I expect with it being delivered for some minor temperature discrepancies. But this was completely inedible. The Applesauce and Lemonade were good though. I order from here frequently (my favorite is parmesan shrimp sirloin) and food is usually great so this was extremely disappointing and a wasted $16.00

We eat here quite often. The menu has changed and the food is really good. Their sirloin has really great flavor and is very tender. Beer mugs frosted, chips and queso is amazing. Always great friendly service.

This Applebee’s location was conveniently next to the hotel we stayed in. We decided to visit it on Friday night and it was super busy, but we were able to get a table only within about 5-7 minutes of waiting. The food was exceptionally good. To be honest I did not expect my stake to be this good. Our waiter was running around trying to accommodate everyone and did a good job paying enough attention to us. We had a great time and great dinner. I wound recommend this place.

When the appetizer came out, they did not bring plates. We asked and didn’t receive them for 10 minutes. Other table that were seated much after us received their meals before us, we asked and were told they were waiting on chicken. When the meals came out, half of them were cold. We asked for mayo on the side and they did not bring it out with the meal. We asked were it was but still had to ask 10 minutes later. We spoke to the manager and she made excuses about multiple cooks made the meals and they are not done at the same time. Waitress was not up to the task. Not a great experience. We visit there quite often and do not usually get this poor service.

We are visiting from NJ and I have to say this location was not only very clean but I was very impressed as a dish I get at home is very messy and this location made is with so much care…no mess and delicious. Our server, Lia , was very friendly, attentive , and seemed to be running the show. She was doing a lot and didn’t break a sweat, or let it get to her. When we come back this way, I would definitely stop here again.

The service was extremely slow. It took the waitress a good 5–6 minutes to acknowledge us even after having walk past us multiple times. Our food order was slightly wrong. It was corrected, however. I think the server was just having a bad day, and we happen to arrive into that timeframe.

The atmosphere, Service, cleanliness, and Food Where absolutely top notch! It felt relaxing, I truly felt like we mattered and the Food portion was perfect as well as magnificently prepared, visually as well as delicious! My only suggestion would be to add more shrimp to the steak and shrimp plate lol thank you Applebee’s for making my family feel like royalty
