Store looks and appears to be clean. We were sitting down in a booth by the bar having dinner and my husband notice something falling from the ceiling. It was dust bunnies from the air vents above us they were completely filthy. When the air kicks on the dust comes flying out! Our suggestion clean your air ducts and your vents!

I realize your short staffed, but when you are doing nothing and keep looking at us and not waiting on us it’s bad. And we are regulars. First for having to leave a bad review. I ordered new double burger no pink. According to my pics below was too much pink. However I did not complain because last time I was there I ordered the fish and it was like rubber. So I didn’t eat it and it was taken off my bill, which was very much appreciated.

I feel like 3 stars is generous… we used to eat here pretty often. It’s close, affordable, and the staff was always polite. The food quality is down, the prices are up, and the place smells like sewage. I worked in a few restaurants way back and that generally meant the drain line is messed up but it’s literally been years and it’s still like that.

Applebee’s need a lot more of Elena’s. She’s so attentive, polite, upbeat, great personality and I can’t say enough about her. From the moment she walked up to my table and throughout my entire meal, she made sure you were good and checked on you often. I’m serious people.. if you go into Applebee’s on East Bay, ask for Elena. I hope management knows they have a good one and DON’T lose her!
