I was so disappointed⭐⭐⭐.UPDATE: So it took a month or two but the franchise owner and the manager of this location rectified the situation.
PROBLEM: I usually come here and get the oriental chicken salad and it’s wonderful but come to find out after 11:30 on the weekdays they do not do food and as well as they don’t do it correctly I guess because I just wanted my regular Christmas it was old dried out was not what I asked for at all and I thought giving the waiter a $5 tip would have made him pay attention to detail, it didn’t. I don’t know how to explain because I have come here and every other time I have come to the location my salads have been fine, this time my chicken was hard my breadsticks were hard my cabbage was dry my extra noodles did it come in it and there was no lettuce at all just cabbage and almonds and carrots I don’t know how to explain how mad I was when I got home because I thought giving him a $5 tip would have made the salad better than usual but it made it worse than usual.

2 of my friends and I went to Apple Bee’s for dinner and man oh man it was Delicious we all the OM Burger with Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks and our Waiter was Ms. Jayla was the absolute best Hostess I ever had and Dad and I worked @ Cash American Pawn shop on Fletcher Ave. Over 20 years ago So Please go by Apple Bee’s on Fowler avenue.

Horrible service, the dining room was dead and yet it took 20 minutes before we even saw a server. Food was… edible and that’s me being generous. A microwave dinner would of had more flavor and effort put into it than the slop that had the same preparation but I paid someone else to microwave it for me. That’s not even talking about the restaurant itself. A gas station restroom that had been blown up, in more ways than one, would of still looked better than whatever miserable experience I was forced to wash my hands in.
I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in forever and I definitely won’t be going back, especially to this one. Chili’s would have never treated me like this.

Took my family tonight for dinner. Walk in and it was smokey which wasn’t an issue for us. The lady in the front said 15-20 mins for a table and we agreed to wait. Then she proceeds to talk about us to the servers. As our server was taking our drink orders the lady started talking to the manager and they both made it seem like us choosing to stay was an issue. I have NEVER had an experience like tonight any where. We ended up leaving and going some where else because nobody wanted to do their job.

Had a nice meal here after a fun day at Busch Gardens. It’s a good choice when you have a group of six or more, each with different preferences or restrictions. Everyone was able to order something they enjoyed.

Great service. I had a trio Riblets, boneless chicken wing, and fajita. The fajitas was good. The riblets were OK, but the boneless chicken wings were breaded and mostly breading on about half. I would suggest they look for a new vendor. They did a great job accommodating one of our party who has some bad food allergies. Bravo! The service was excellent!

My coworkers and I went over to Applebee’s at around 10:15. We were a pretty big party so there was a party of about 12 of us no calling but the restaurant was pretty empty.
We waited 20 minutes to get an order on our drinks and then we waited 30 minutes To order our food and then waited an additional 45 minutes for the food to be brought to us. The first table that was there before us By a whole hour, got their food after us. By time our food came out. It was warm not hot not really warm almost cold warm.
The waitress seemed like she was overly stressed or was not impressed with her job. She did not give us straws with their drinks. She did not leave napkins at the table. One of my coworkers had to get up and go get napkins and straws.
When I asked to speak to a manager, they said that they would send one over and one never came over to speak to us
I have Not been to Applebee’s for eight years and this reminded me why I never eat there. Absolutely horrible service will not be eating there again me nor my coworkers.

Service was great. I love the outdoor seating area. But the floor inside is really sticky and that was kind of gross.
