Went for the $9.99 deal for burgers and they were cooked perfectly just like ordered. I ordered something new this time, I got the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger, 10/10 recommend, very tasteful and juicy. and it was well worth the trip and the price was right. The food was gross the fries are soaked and a giant ball of mush and the burger was not made correct even after telling them what I wanted on it on top of the it was soaked in grease to the point everything fell apart nor was the burger even edible due to all the grease. Not one Applebee’s in the country has every made any of the food right they need to be shut down or at least need someone to come in a retrain the kitchen staff.

Great place to hangout get drinks and on Thursdays karaoke is awesome. However lately food has not been great. Ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and it looked and tasted like it was old I get it all the time plate is sizzling has onions and mushrooms and juicy what I got ya was chicken breast and a few shrimp on top and no toppings no I’m sorry they were underneath and looked like it was burnt and from the grease trap. Told the waitress and she merely said sorry to hear that. On the plus side she said she talked to the manager and they took a few dollars off. In my experience managers usually come out check on things ask the customer how can they make it right or get customer feed back, nothing. Waste of money I hope this is seen and they do better won’t be back for a while.

Came here to pick up a to-go order that I placed online. Everything except the food quality was great. The burger I consumed was very underwhelming in comparison to the advertisements and smaller than portrayed as well. Applebees used to be a decent spot to dine at for the money, but nowadays, the food quality has taken a nosedive. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This reminds you of the neighborhood Cheers. Friendly people good service the bartender Deanne is great. Very attentive to her customers never misses a beat. Cat The manager is great she helps her employees out all night long and never complains about helping them. She stops and talks with the customers make sure everything’s okay it’s just a good atmosphere

Cara was amazing and one of a kind. She greeted me and my family as soon as we entered the building. She asked preference of where we would like to sit. Although she wasn’t our server, I had dialogue with her throughout the night. She was down to earth, very engaging, and genuine. Thank you for your warm hospitality in such a cold world.
