Service was great. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. I got the 15 all you can eat special. The food was good, not great but for that price I feel like that’s acceptable. The fries were well cooked and well seasoned. I like the Buffalo boneless chicken. I tried different sauces and honestly I didn’t really like anything else. I tried the garlic parmesan bites but just a fair warning there are way too greasy in my opinion. But, for $15 I would say it was not a bad deal.

Amanda provides great service. She’s very prompt. Food was excellent place is very popular on a Monday afternoon. Food was fine. Husband had the steak and shrimp combo meal that’s big this time of year. I had the fish and chips which was excellent.

This location was a bit lacking food quality wise. I ordered the chicken sandwich with waffle fries for $2 extra. It came with 7 fries. My SO ordered the dip sandwich, (which was so salty it was almost inedible) with regular fries and got a mound of them. I asked the server if I could get more and he did ask the kitchen to fry up more with no pushback. So awesome service. He told me my portion was the regular amount you get for the waffle fries. The sandwich itself was delicious though.

Served cut piece of chicken sausage in vegetarian (requested and specified – no meat, no eggs) pasta. Upon being informed, completely refused to take any responsibility and started gaslighting by saying it’s not possible while my husband who is non vegetarian is certain of the chicken sausage piece I asked him to check for me. That’s really so sick. This happened at Melbourne, Florida location. Never going back there. Also, telling all my friends, family and Instagram followers about this incident. Extremely upsetting!

Placed a carside order, but took an additional 15 mins AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready to come out to the car. Called the store and the girl on the phone said she didnt know what was going on and transferred me to another extension, who then hung up after 30 seconds. Eventually a grumpy server came outside with my cold food. Same girl has previously forgotten utensils and condiments that we’re requested. Upon going back to the restaurant, instead of apologizing she blamed her manager instead since he bagged the order. Idc who bagged the order, its your job to double check it and to not leave my food in the window to get cold for 15 mins after its ready

Well, I mean it’s a 5 star for a chain. We went on Saturday Jan 28th about 1pm. We were seated promptly by a kind young lady. Our server, can’t remember his name, but he was tall and brunette and with tattoos, which I think all restaurants should allow. He as very attentive and polite. We didn’t stay long but while we were there noticed that the place was well run and clean. We don’t frequent chains often but had a gift card. My husband ordered the bacon burger which he said was very good, fresh cooked and with a nice portion of bacon. I had the beef nachos which I also liked. The cheese sauce was nice and creamy and the guacamole was fresh and delicious. My only suggestion would be to thinly slice the jalapeños. (Money saving). My husband had sweet tea which he said was very good our server refreshed when needed. I also noticed that our server helped another table who was having trouble finding their favorite game on the TV while still being attentive to his tables. Great Example of an Applebees and hard working employees.

We had dinner here last night. Everything was good, until my husband accidentally left his debit card when we paid the bill. This morning he called to see if they had it. They confirmed they had it but said he couldn’t get it until they opened. He showed up after they opened with his ID to prove it was his card, and the hostess was extremely rude. She went to let the manager know my husband was there for his card. 30 minutes later, no manager. When my husband asked where he was she said he was cooking. He asked if she could get his debit card and she said the manager had to give it to him. What should have taken 10 min, took 45 min. The hostess needs to change her attitude as my husband said she was rude to everyone who came in while he was waiting.
