Very nice and quite space. We received exactly what we ordered it was nice a fresh. Our server Angelique was a complete Rockstar. This young lady was running the bar area and like 3 other tables on the floor. She had such a positive attitude didn’t get overwhelmed and stayed on top of all of our needs she was Phenomenal.

The Wiskey Bacon burger is UNBELIEVABLE and the Trio appetizer special is hard to beat! Was treated better than at home (I meant… like a king, dear) by Helena, my Bartender/ Server… she was so kind… and I never had to ask for a new drink! The manager was always checking to see how I was doing! I had appetizers, my favorite beer (one FREE!), and a yummy desert! They have a BOGOF on drinks everyday! Also this is a great place to watch NFL and have a delicious snack. Most of all, as a Vet I love this place because they go out of their way to honor Veterans, and, it’s one of the few places where I can get steak for FREE on Veterans Day!

I went with my mom for an early dinner. I had the Classic Burger and she had the 6oz sirloin. The server asked if I wanted my burger “pink or not pink”! I like my burgers medium rare. I wish I could show a picture of the burger I got. My mom wanted her sirloin cooked medium and she got it Mid-well. Plus when we were seated. They gave us the tiniest booth in the restaurant. We had to change tables because of that. For these reasons I’m giving this store a 1 star!

We stopped into Applebee’s late, around 9:30 pm, when options are limited. You do not come here expecting gourmet food. My wife and I opted for the meal deal, which is $25 for 2 entrees and an appetizer.
For the appetizer, we chose the Extra Hot Buffalo boneless wings. They were crispy and nicely sauced, but not as spicy as I had hoped.
For entrees, we ordered the O M Cheese Burger, a cheesy limited time offering. It comes with American cheese, bacon, spicy honey mustard, and is served halved in a skillet with queso and cheddar. Unfortunately, the cheese was not molten at all. It had solidified and essentially glued the bun to the plate, making it awkward to eat. The fries were limp and bland.
We also split the Asian Chicken Salad, a longtime menu staple apparently. Crispy breaded chicken over fresh greens with crunchy noodles and almonds tossed in their Oriental vinaigrette. It was good though the chicken was dry.
The real highlight of the visit was the two for one domestic draft beers, which we definitely took advantage of, even though we generally prefer craft beer, which they do not offer on draft.
We sat at the bar and the staff was friendly. We even recognized some of the regulars from our last visit and they had a playoff football game on TV. Next time, this will likely be a drinks only stop.

Food was ok. Service was terrible. Table never cleaned had menus left on table 6 empty drink glasses and dirty plates table was pretty full. Had to go to the bar twice once to get drinks then another to get check. Manager was clueless walking around with a winter jacket on. The bartender told the manager about our experience and instead of visiting the table he sent the server. No apology from anyone. This is the second time in around 3 months we had a bad experience. I feel like I paid for an experience I didn’t receive.

Went yesterday to celebrate VETERANS Day with my brother who is also a Vet, my husband and daughter. Although I know the place was packed and we had to wait as we patiently did, that doesn’t excuse the behavior of our server. Didn’t get his name but he was this skinny, young tall, Hispanic looking with wavy hair, who was absolutely the worst waiter. We got a table that although it was in the same side as another’s waiter section, we had bad luck getting him to serve us and being the only table on the side he wasn’t supposed to attend. He was rude, tried to scold me just because he got mad because when our food got to us by the server we asked her for more water and our silverwares and she asked us who out waiter was and I told her that I didn’t remember his name but all I know is that he was barely around checking on us as he was attending more the other side. So when he finally got to
us, his rude response to not getting us more water or having silverwares ready was very condescending. All I know it bothered me how the people in my side who were all being attended by another server were constantly asked if they were ok, if they needed anything and they even had silverwares ready for them but we had to wait for ours because there were all dirty and didn’t have none and were waiting to be washed. Then why serve us our food or were we supposed to eat with our hands? At the end I even had to ask him for our $5 cards that Veteran were offered on our day and he didn’t even know about it and had to ask the manager, although the other server once his customers paid he automatically brought these cards to them and even explained why they were getting them and appreciated them for their service. We unfortunately were not lucky as our service sucked and that is exactly what I wrote in the receipt with $0 tip. Don’t care, if we constantly have to get you to do your job and on top of that you are not polite then you get nothing from me.

Never had an issue here until today. Waitress was super slow. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes before she showed up. By that time we knew what we wanted so we ordered everything was about another 15 minutes before appetizers came out and then 10 minutes after that for the food. One of the orders was all you could eat and really should have ordered a regular meal because I could not get the food I wanted in the time that I had to eat today. There were tables around us that showed up after we did that got their drinks and food before us. As far as the ambience the music was a little loud and was club music in the middle of the day at lunch time. The restaurant in general was clean and our seating area was clean when we got to it. The glass front doors were filthy to the point that you didn’t want to touch the doors to go in or out if you’re worried about your hands staying clean. Like I said never had an issue here before but today was just a disappointment

Honestly this place is hit or miss. Service is hit or miss. Food prep is hit or miss, but last night was an absolute disaster. Our server was a space cadet or MIA most of the time. Ask for something if you could find him and he kept forgetting. My wife’s steak finally came out correct because they usually overcook it, but this time they bring out her steak and no knives! She actually had to use my pocket knife to cut it! The server asked her if she wanted a plastic knife!?! Really?!? It’s sad to say, but the majority of places by us are terrible otherwise we’d just go elsewhere. The food here is usually good if you can get them to prepare it to your request. If you find a server that’s good remember who it is and ask for them otherwise it will be the luck of the draw.
