Applebee’s really delivered on a satisfying, cost-effective meal. Our waitress, Ashlae, was phenomenal—attentive, kind, and quick to make sure we were taken care of. I ordered my go-to chicken quesadilla salad, swapping the chicken for chopped Impossible meat, and it was just as delicious and filling as I hoped.
We started with an appetizer trio of boneless Asian Thai chili chicken, mozzarella sticks, and quesadillas without chicken, which was a great way to hold us over until our entrées arrived. Grace originally ordered the chicken parmesan fettuccine, but unfortunately, the chicken was dry and the pasta lacked flavor. The real test of a restaurant, though, is how they handle situations like that—and Ashlae was amazing. She quickly replaced the dish with a fiesta lime chicken and French fries instead of rice, which was much better.
The best part? All of this came to just $54 plus a well-deserved 20% tip for Ashlae’s outstanding service. A great meal, great service, and a reminder of why Applebee’s is still a solid choice for family dining.

Ordered the two for $25. Both of us got the grilled cheese burger which came with fries and a ‘bowl’ of soup. The fries were cold and like shoe leather. Calling it a ‘bowl’ of soup was a joke there might have been a half a ladle in the bowl. It looked like it had been sitting in the bowl for quite some time and the presentation was extremely sloppy. We asked the hostess, who by the way delivered our food, for spoons for the soup. Then had to ask the waitress again for spoons. The burgers were served warm although the plates were very hot, which was confusing.
As soon as we got the waitresses attention we asked for boxes and our bill.
Not an experience we will do again.

We have come here twice in the last year. The first time was about 8 months ago after evening time. Today we came just after 1pm. Both times it took absolutely forever. Today it took 2 and a half hours. To get alcoholic beverages it took over 45 minutes. As far as the atmosphere, it was hotter than I could even describe. It was nicer outside than it was inside. And to let you know how insensitive i am to temperature, my resting home temperature is 75/76°. The waitress we had was nice, but I’m fairly certain we were her only table, and it was a snails pace. Today the restaurant wasn’t that busy until about 330pm, and that’s when we were finally leaving. If you enjoy quick service and at least a lukewarm environment, then this isn’t the place for you.

Just had to walk out of the place after getting sat and then ignored for almost 15 minutes.
As a server that is unacceptable. I’d be fine with even a hello let me finish up. But the restaurant was dead. Maybe 8 tables. And no other employees even asked if we had been seen or helped yet but would chit chat with each other and other customers who were already paid and leaving.

We got sat, the server Isaiah P took our drink order. Came back with the drinks and then took our food order. We ordered the 2 for $25. I got the onion rings and my friend got the spinach dip. We then placed our order, she got the Chicken Parm for there and Riblets Platter to go. I ordered the Riblets Platter and the Chicken Parm to go. Next thing we know, our appetizers, our food, and our to go food ALL came out at the SAME TIME. I’m like, is he trying to RUSH US? It was just HORRIBLE service. Then when I asked about the Veterans discount I saw on tv, I was told that they DON’T do Veterans discounts. I was like I saw it on tv though. The server got the Manager and she said the same thing, and I’m like I saw it on tv. She said that they were a Franchise and Corporate can’t make them do anything. So the 2 for $25 wound up being 2 for $71 with taxes came to $75.79. Way MORE then what we expected. WON’T be going back there again. Was a HORRIBLE experience.

Let me just say, I’ve eaten at many places and have had some pretty mixed experiences with service. This one in particular was the WORST I’ve ever had. The server Victoria V- absolutely awful. Telling coworkers who seems like they are trying to make a connection with tables to “leave them alone and do your job, they’re trying to do theirs”, to telling her table next to us “I’m trying to understand what you want, all your telling me is this, this, this and this” (that table then walked out). THEN to answer a phone call while dropping off drinks and seeming annoyed when a guest asked for a straw. Oh and you can’t forget hearing her extremely loud voice from the BOH being incredibly obnoxious and inappropriate. And then after a server had an emergency- she goes to the other servers table and tells that servers business and mocks her?! And on top of everything- the food tasted like it sat there for a while before being taken to our table.
I have served for almost decade and even on my worst days have NEVER interacted with my coworkers or customers like that. It was my daughter’s 5th birthday and what was supposed to be a beautiful evening turned in a really uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
It is a shame to know that people who are getting paid to work for a company, whether 2.83, minimum wage, whatever- just treat people with decency. I don’t get it- it’s a choice to come to work everyday. It is very clear this isn’t the first time she has acted like this. I just hope this is addressed to save anyone else from experiencing something like this.

Celebrated a birthday here and the service was great. The food was fresh and very delicious. Our server paid attention to details concerning everyone’s orders to ensure that they were completely satisfied. The price for the meal was reasonable not expensive at all especially for the amount of food we received.

We ordered 1 chicken sandwich special and 1 bacon cheeseburger special. Each was $9.99 and included a soft drink and all you can eat French Fries. The sandwiches were hot, with fresh produce and delicious. The fries were also hot and crispy.
Our server was very good, attentive and personable. We had several special requests and he got everything right.
It is an older building and was a little cold temperature wise but overall it was a good experience.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone even said hi to me after I was seated. I ordered a cocktail. My guest and companion arrived went to meet and greet them at door came back two minutes later they gave my table away.. they proceeded to put another group at another table then told us we would be next. Ten minutes go by no opening we decided to go else where. This could of been avoided if they offered us a seat at bar or opened up a table near by (plenty of open tables at other sections) store lost out on 100$ meal and server lost out on 30$ tip
