Dead on a Tuesday at 935pm. Waitress takes 5 mins to acknowledge we are waiting to be seated. She then busses tables. Takes it to the back and never resurfaces. Unless you’re sitting at the bar for service I wouldnt recommend coming to this restaurant. We left and went to chilis. Do better for your potential customers.

Ate at this Applebees for the first time on a Friday night and it offered Great food and atmosphere as well as kind and patient waitresses. I didnt feel rushed or like a burden. As a plus, the food came out much faster than expected. No complaints at all. And waitress Ashlynn was the most patient and kind waitress I’ve encountered.

Our server Hannah was so polite, quick, funny, attentive, and helpful throughout our wonderful meal. She even gave someone I ate with a hair tie when he needed one. Overall, great experience.

Update. Went back tonight for dinner, much better!
Excellent service and good food. We ordered the bourbon stret chicken and shrimp (waitress recommended), very good; and the grilled club was even better. Thanks for a very good dinner.
I will give this place another chance but i was not impressed from our stop here last week. No red wine other that Moscato, no malt vinegar to go with the fish and chips, not so sure how fresh my geen beans were. Common Applebee’s, step up your game here. We need good restaurants on Tyndall parkway!

My husband and I came in on Sunday afternoon, not very many people in dining room, our server got drinks then said they were sending her home due to my other being busy, new server came to table about 10 minutes later, my husband ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and salad, the order came out about 20 min later but no salad, they said sorry, then brought a salad out that should have been before the meal.
I watched a man sitting alone that ordered ribs and mashed potatoes, he sat for about 7-9 min and caught a waitress to ask for utensils, she nodded but never came back, he ate his ribs then used one as a fork.
This should be unacceptable to management but guess not, the waste basket facing the door was overflowing too so I guess they just don’t care.
This was our first time going since we moved to PC, but will not be going back.

I really enjoy going here because the staff is really amazing. They remember who you are and what you like. The atmosphere is that of a typical ‘s. The cool thing about this place is you don’t have a long wait before getting service so keep that in mind. Kaylyan is really awesome so ask for her of you. Godspeed guys

Came in because it’s close to the hotel I was staying at for work. I wasn’t even sure they were open seeing as there were only a car or two in the parking lot but seeing how it wasn’t even 5:00 on a Sunday. I took the chance and went in. There were two other men in the restaurant along with a server and a bartender. It appears that the bartender was also the hostess. So the service at the bar was slow. The food was lackluster and not to Applebee’s standards. As my first impression of PC outside of the hotel and I wasnt very impressed.
