It was an interesting visit. My husband ordered his steak medium, but it came out well-done. They replaced it, and the Manager brought it out himself. However, the staff didn’t seem to work as a team. A server was helping a table near us, and even though we called her several times, she didn’t pay attention until I stood up and the Manager noticed. Rebeca, our waitress, was great, but there’s definitely no teamwork in this restaurant. The food was also a bit cold.

Trish (our server) and Kevin (our host) were both wonderful. They were so accommodating from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the door. Kevin even checked on us some time after we were seated. He has the best style! He even took our entree plate after we’d finished. He made it his mission to ensure we had a pleasurable meal. It is so apparent that he loves his job!
Trish made sure we were well taken care of the entire experience. She always passed us with a smile and was very attentive when it came to asking if we needed anything. All in all, the service was amazing! Our meals were great. We loved the lava cake. Thanks Applebees!

I recently visited Applebee’s, and I had such a great experience! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Both Kevin and Katie were incredibly attentive to our table, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in on us at just the right times.
They were friendly, professional, and really made us feel welcome. It’s always nice when the staff goes above and beyond to make your dining experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate their excellent service and will definitely be coming back!

Our host Kevin was wonderful right from the moment we walked in! He moved our table over at our booth so that we could fit our car seat in it without even having to ask. He also took initiative to get us a highchair and was just so sweet and energetic the whole time. It really set up the vibe right away. Then we had Francis as our server and she was delightful as well. Made sure to set the food and drinks far away from my sons quick grasps and was quick and on top of everything.

Great experience at Applebee’s! The food was really good, and when there was a small issue with one of our dishes, it was handled quickly and professionally. Huge shoutout to our server Katie for being attentive and friendly, and to Kevin, the host, for his excellent customer service and making sure everything was taken care of. The team really turned a small issue into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

They were short-staffed and let us know upfront, so things were a little slow, but decided to stay. Kevin and Katie were awesome! Very friendly very attentive and the steaks were cooked beautifully. I think it’s the best steak that I’ve actually had in a while. Very tender and very juicy.

Applebee’s is a great go-to spot for a delish dinner without the high prices. The staff is friendly and personable. The food comes quickly and is hot and ready to eat. I highly recommend the spinach dip… yum. There’s something for almost everyone in the family. & if you like sports the TV is going so you can eat and watch football at the same time. Come-on who doesn’t love that

5:30 pm on a Sunday is generally a slow time in a restaurant, but this location was scheduled for a typical day after a sporting event in town. They were understaffed for the amount of business. The main restaurant had 2 serves a bartender and host. All of whom were pleasant, friendly, professional and polite. Kevin (host) and Javia (server, who’s name I think I spelled wrong) were making the best of the situation. Our food included two Oriental chicken salad, an Applebee’s staple, which are usually a great choice, was subpar at best. The chicken tenders were not fresh and cold. The rest of the food was good. I will still come back to this location as it is convenient, hopefully the next meal will be back up to Applebee’s standards.
