Service was excellent…I’m just sorry I didn’t get our servers name but she was awesome. Went there for lunch on a Sunday and got a seat immediately. Me and my son both had burgers…mine was the bacon burger and actually had a good portion of bacon. The fries were hot and crispy. Good service, good food…highly recommended. Sorry the pics don’t do it justice.

I come to Applebees ALL the time . But yesterday was HORRIBLE & I will not be back ! Our waitress had a nasty attitude . Not only that , I take my boneless buffalo chicken wings to go , why I get home and the chicken is RAW ?! Mind you I’m 6 months PREGNANT ! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND . Choose another restaurant or a different location !

I’m giving a one star even though the food was fabulous! Our server Isabella apparently doesn’t know the definition of customer service. Poor service, only cleaned the tables that had less items on it while others were left dirty from the minute we got there. I give huge props to the cooks, and hostess though because they were fabulous! Oh… and eating 3/4 of our meal with plastic silverware?? On a night that wasn’t busy at all! Crazy!

I came in today with my family and our waitress seemed as if she did not want to be there. Her attitude wasn’t really the best and as someone who worked as a waitress no matter how tired or irritated I may have been my customers would never know because my attitude was always a positive one. I’ve worked once as the only server with only two cooks and I didn’t let it affect my ability to do why needed to be done. I know how it can be so a tip was left but her attitude can easily be her downfall

I tried to give them another chance. But seriously? Frozen microwave spoil steak? You can tell it’s spoiled by the gray blood. They can’t even get boneless wings right. Don’t waste your time here. The server was great. I hope he gets another job.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The waitress was nice.
Food overall was acceptable, but out of the 2 medium rare sirloins we got, one looked gray, possibly old, and felt gelatinous/ hastily unfrozen even after it was remade. I’m sorry, but I have never had food this terrible and appetite ruining from Applebee’s.
Do not order sirloin here, it is clearly frozen and likely improperly prepared. The rest of the food is edible.
I will not be returning. Should have asked for my money back.

I am thankful that they don’t use Styrofoam for hot beverages (which is toxic), like some chain restaurants/restaurants I have been to. The server was kind, and the appetizer was good. I didn’t get the chance to eat my entree there because I was full, but it tasted good for dinner. The only negative was the table was a little sticky, and the booth had some crumbs on the seats (I went there when it opened, so I guess the night crew didn’t close properly because they’re understaffed?).

Oh my goodness! I haven’t been here for years! And it was more pleasant and delicious than I remembered! We got the 2 for $25. I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp, I ate the whole plate! Thats unusual for me! It was freaking delicious! And my partner had Bourbon Street Burger, AMAZING! WE can’t wait to come back! Our waiter was awesome! Service was great!

First off, the host sat us down next to a birthday party, so it was a little loud. There were plenty of other available seats, I don’t understand why they put us there. Moreover, we were left alone for about 20 to 25 minutes with no waiter checking on us. We were not even asked what drinks we wanted. After a while, our supposed waiter finally came over stating that she didn’t realize she was supposed to be for us. We were allowed to move tables, and then waited even longer for someone to ask us our drinks and what we even wanted to eat. When we finally ordered, exusing the long wait, one of us was missing cheese on our sandwich. Overall, the service was pretty unsatisfactory. The food was alright at most and my boneless wings looked pathetic.
