Best Applebees in years. I was surprised at the food being really quite tasty and fresh. So, why was I there? It was late and it was convenient to the hotel. What a pkeasant surprise! The manager came out to check on us because our food was taking longer than normal. Very nice since we weren’t even complaining.

Ate here a few days ago with a couple of my friends and our experience there was AMAZING!! We were served by an awesome waitress named Madison who was very sweet and generous!!! Got our food out in a timely manner and always kept our drinks filled up. Definitely would recommend her if you want great service and your food out on time. The food here is so delicious… Ask her for recommendations and she will put you on like she did us

Was part of a large group (50+) for my father’s retirement party, servers were a bit overwhelmed but did a decent job. Food was tasty but we had to go to the bar to cash out. Service could have been better if 2 or 3 servers had worked together to handle such a large group. The fish was delicious!

This place is dirty. Terrible service. Food is mediocre at best. The server drops off a payment tablet and walks away. Definitely order takers vs. servers. Even when you have an issue, a manager will not come to the table to rectify. Not worth the trip.

Server blamed everyone but herself for what was going wrong with her tables. She continuously ignored her tables concerns and the manager had to get involved with her tables due to her nonsense. Our food came out cold, our glasses sat empty, and she acted like giving a scoop of ice cream to the birthday CHILD was an inconvenience.

We were in the restaurant for over two hours, cold food, poor service, and dysfunctional server. Server blamed everything else besides herself for what was going wrong. Multiple tables were complaining on the same server. Tables seated after us and finished before us. Server continuously ignored tables.
