Service was pretty good but there was a longer than normal wait for our dessert. The food was delicious. Although the steak and shrimp looked unappealing it really tasted pretty good. The frozen drinks were amazing though

THEY DON’T HAVE DR PEPPER OR MR PIBB! The waitress did great. She was super nice and did a great job of keeping drinks refilled. I think her name was Kris but I’m not 100% sure. The kitchen on the other hand was slacking. We didn’t get there until around 8pm so it wasn’t super crowded but the food took forever to come out. I got the chicken fajita roll-up and there was hardly anything in it. I’ve gotten it several times before at other restaurants and it’s always been good and full of stuff plus I used to work at Applebee’s back in college so I know what they’re supposed to look like. The top side of it had a nice crunch to it but the bottom half was super soggy like they only grilled it on one side. Even with as long as it took us to get our food I still had to wait longer for my onion rings because they didn’t come out with the rest of the food. The onion rings were very good though. My husband got the ribeye and his food was very good and the steak was cooked perfectly.

I had an amazing experience thanks to our server Roneshia ! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our drinks were always refilled on time, the food came out quickly, and they checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Their positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable. Excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

This Applebee’s is clean, it’s got fantastic service, it’s in a great location for shopping prior to a big meal.
The new O-M- Cheese Burger was to die for. Fantastic flavor in the cheese with the fries extra crispy you are in for a treat. Early sit down with no wait and a fantastic waitress, very personable and knowledgeable.

Table had leftovers on it and had to ask for it to be cleaned.
Service was tortoise slow.
Had to ask for silverware twice
It was finally delivered after I managed to eat most of my meal by hand (fish & chips).
Had to ask for tartar twice as it didn’t come out with the meal. It arrived when there were one or two bites of fish left (about 15 minutes late), shortly after my silverware.
Will not return.

The server was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 20 – 25 minutes for our food. The restaurant was not busy. Patrons that arrived well after us were seated and received their orders before us. Very disappointed.

Came here for a drink and a burger. It was a Monday night so it was quiet. I’m from out of town and met some people at the bar who were also from out of town so its definitely not a local spot. The bar tender was cool. The drinks were good and the service was fast and correct. No complaints.

Awesome experience! We went to celebrate my sister’s birthday and my niece’s going away party. They sang happy birthday and treated her wonderfully. My other niece recently turned 21 and wanted to try alcohol for the first time. Brittany, along with the Bartender, worked hard to find a drink that my niece would enjoy. She ended up finding something she loved. Brittany is absolutely wonderful! She took pictures with my family, laughed with us, and provided my family with 5-star service. Will definitely come back for our next celebration–and ask for Brittany!!

Had a delicious rice bowl here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Service is always fast and food is always consistently good here. At 11am there was nobody at the bar so I got served my beer and food very fast. The fish & chips are delicious and reminded me of being stationed in the UK. They have a bottle of malt vinegar for them too!
