ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! ENTERED A NEAR EMPTY BUILDING. was told a 10 minute wait ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!!.. the food took right at 1 hour and the server seemed like we were disturbing her. for a Birthday choice thos is not the place.. the drinks took forever then took even longer for the manager to finally come get our drinks. the food “ultimate trio” and the riblets came out burnt to a crisp. the pickle fried are mushy cold and more like pickle fried pieces. the boneless wings were hard as a rock. this place needs to go ahead and close. watched 3 people that came in after us get up and walk out!! horrible service and worse food. I will not be back ever. id rather eat at construction site portable potty. on a hot day!

Got here at 7:50. No server showed AT ALL! After going find an employee at 8:20 we were told our server would be right with us.. 10 minutes later we went to find somebody else! We got our drinks at 8:35. RIDICULOUS! We had to go find somebody to get our drinks which is never acceptable. We ordered our food and got it around 9:15 lol AND some of the plates came out wrong. Half of us had boneless wings and got no utensils?? Meanwhile there is about 4 servers sitting down chatting across the room watching us be served no drinks, no orders taken, and no utensils. The food was lukewarm and the fries were completely COLD. They close at 11… It should be no reason why the service was this bad. Not coming here again.

Waited for probably 10 minutes before we got any drinks. Diet Pepsi has no syrup. Had to wait around 30 minutes for food to come out. Food came out burnt with no flavor. Server was nice though.

The kitchen is always slow even when the place is not busy and the food is always different even when I order the same thing.
This time one of our drinks was given in a very cracked cup the good thing it was plastic and not glass.

We were in the 1st booth, directly to the right as entering the restaurant at between 2:45 and 4 pm, Friday 2/20/26. The server we had (we usually get names and I wish I had made a note of her name bc she was awesome) is the best server we have had at this location in our past several visits! She was friendly, efficient, and really made our experience something to smile about!! She is amazing at her job!! We literally decided that if this last visit to this location wasn’t acceptable (Friday), we were going to take a break for a while and start going down the bypass to Pickle B. This waitress blew us away and we are now excited to go back!! Friday between lunch and supper is really the only time my hubs and I have together with no kids so it’s our special time and Applebees is close. I hope this server is there next time we eat out bc she made our experience fabulous from the drinks she suggested to the “trust the process” steak!! I can’t give her enough stars!!!

Visit was absolutely horrible. Glad I was passing the through because I will never visit again. Hostess seemed uninterested at best on arrival and the waitress must have been brand new to the serving industry because she was beyond awful at her job.
The 2 for 25 was what was ordered and the appetizer which was spinach dip was gross. The chips tasted like cleaner and so we asked for another appetizer. It was mozzarella sticks which came out beyond cold with the food and didn’t look appetizing at all. We asked for plastic utensils because the silverware still had last weeks food on it but it took too long to receive so we paid for the drinks and left. Mind you at least 2-3 tables arrived after us and ordered and received their food before us. It wasn’t a busy early afternoon so I’m not sure what the horrible service was about. When we got up to leave nobody asked us why or what the problem was. I guess they didn’t care at all but it’s ok. Thanks for wasting my time. I shouldn’t have paid for the drinks because even those were mediocre at best but I was trying to at least not be so disappointed in the food and service.

I ordered the shrimp, sausage over rice with green beans… and a side salad. The rice was not fully cooked, the green beans were still very very cold, and my veggies for my salad was minced. Such a horrible experience, dont think i will be back for quite a while.

We decided to go here last night after trickRtreating and ended up being treated like pure scum. When we got there it was a small group ahead of us patiently waiting, of maybe 5 people, but that was it. Nobody greeted us coming in, and yet there were plenty of available seats. We sat there waiting & the employee finally came and told us that the manager said, they not sitting anymore customers, until all the tables were cleaned(but y’all they were, with the exception of 1 where a large group came from)! I spoke directly with the manager and he(Jabari) was so rude and told me that he didn’t care what I had to say, his staff was cleaning and we could wait for maybe another 30minutes!!!!

Worst service ever.Order beer that was only 3/4 full. Waitress never came back after taking order. After 35 minutes for waiting on appetizer, decided to cut our losses and leave. Manager said she only had one cook and this waa lunchtime. Never again!
