The food was great. Exceptional food service workers. Actually, the southern hospitality was in prime effect. They were so hospitable, I just had to mention it one more time. Did take out it was a great experience. Food came out when it was supposed to, although they were relatively busy. Plenty of to go packing spaces.

Stopped by for lunch. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, my honey had the 3 cheese chicken penne pasta, very delicious! Guess what? Fresh hot coffee! Our waitress Chris was very pleasant with a beautiful smile and gentle spirit. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I visited this establishment on a Saturday. First impression told me to walk out! We were met by a dozen flies flying around and the hostess station had two young ladies that appeared to be more engaged in their conversation than welcoming the guests.

I give this five stars of the service alone. Asia was our server and she didn’t miss a beat and she had a great attitude to go along with a great work ethic. Our food was great and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Pictures will be added along with this review. The music was also fitting for the atmosphere. The only thing we didn’t like was the HVAC system had it warmer than we would have liked, but it wasn’t warm enough to take away from the great service drinks, and food.

Windsor Spring Rd Augusta. I ordered French fries but got one container of coleslaw and another container with maybe 2 tablespoons of Cole slaw. This is the 2nd time in about a month that my order was wrong. And the young lady that handed me my food (curbside) looked like she was in a very bad mood. You have got to do better. Very disappointing.

The food was warm but good, as a matter of fact the food was better than the manager. We had the ribbett plate that was $7.99 after 9pm and the tickets had $10.99 each, she didn’t want to honor (or should I say change) the special. After that if she had given us coupons I would’ve used them at a different Applebee’s .

If I could give this store a 0 I would. I waited over an hour for a curbside to go order. The staff came to my vehicle four times to ask my name. When they finally gave me my food it wasn’t even hot. They forgot about my soup that I ordered and when I received it was a cup of pure hot sauce. The staff had the nerve to tell me they were busy, however, there were customers that arrived after me that received their orders before me. Even though the manager attempted to resolve my issue, I will NEVER be visiting this specific store again. The food and service were horrible.

The only reason why I’m rating it 3 stars is because of our server. She was nice & very attentive. However I didn’t get the same feeling when we initially walked in. It wasn’t anyone at the host station which wasn’t the issue but we weren’t greeted when someone did arrive. That someone happens to be the manager and advised us that the host will be returning shortly. She came a minute or so later but we still had a 10min wait for an empty restaurant. It wasn’t busy at all but it was a few workers socializing in the back. My salmon was over cooked and my salad had brown portions in it. The silverware was dirty.
