To start, the children’s pizza tastes like throw up mixed with cheese. That’s not even the problem though, my problem is that every single plate I’ve seen with chicken or stake is really moist. Now that’s reasonable, BUT it’s either oil or just the juice. The kids milk is a rip off. I barely drink all of my drink, and I’m done before I even got my food! And the food came quick. I would bring my family back here, just not to eat. Back to our food here-the cheese sticks where great. You can never go wrong with cheese sticks.(p.s, some people don’t like their food touching! It’s the little things I and others enjoy.) Service was really well considering there was 8 people ♥of course there is other things on the menu, but I still won’t recover from this meal. I’ve had two experiences with takeout at this location where the takeout server, Nyleeca, was [wo]manning the to-go counter. On both occasions, she was a superstar: Friendly, welcoming, efficient and very attentive. She greeted each and every guest who walked in, checked to make sure each person had been helped, and kept waiting patrons apprised of the status of their orders. In the current climate of widespread customer “no service,” she actually made my wait enjoyable.

I live on the south side but I traveled to the cascade area to get food since I was in the area. Once I arrived I waited for a while for the bartender to tend to me. Once he came from the kitchen his energy felt low vibrant and as if he didn’t want anymore customers. I ordered the penne pasta extra tomato’s, add mushrooms, add onions and an extra bread stick. I also ordered an alcoholic beverage. Once my food arrived it was cold the lady next to me complained about her food being cold as well. The bartender asked me if I wanted my food warmed up (which tells me do I want it put in the microwave). I then explained I wanted it remade not put in the microwave. The manager brought my food to me and I noticed while tasting that the original plate and the remade plate never I received a bread stick at all. I’m paying $16 for an entree but not getting everything I’m promised. They were out of mushrooms which I wasn’t made aware of until the manager came out and there were no bread sticks but I was rung up for an extra one and also not given the original one that comes with the meal. I explained to the manager that certain things needed to come off my tab. Once I asked for my tab and a to go box and paid I had to ask for a bag while the bartender was putting in his checkout. Common customer service is easy. Communication is easy as well. My tab was $30 which was no problem but if the service was better, if I would have received a better ambience from the bartender, if he would have brought my food out hot instead of being in his phone and communicated better everything would have went smoothly for me. I understand now why this location has poor reviews. I will definitely not be returning or recommend my family an friends come here

On January 30, 2026, my father and I dined in for dinner. It was a Friday night, so the restaurant was very packed. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very attentive host named BJ. He let us know that it will be about 15 to 20 minutes before we could be seated. While we waited, he continued to check on us to make sure that we were still OK. When a table became available, he made sure that it was clean before we sat down. Even after we received our food, BJ came around the entire restaurant and made sure everyone was ok. I really appreciate this level of service! It really makes you feel welcomed and cared for while you are dining in.

The service was poor. It took 30 minutes for my bottle Michelob Ultra. The appetizers were dry and stale. The bartender and staff were all jamming to loud inappropriate music while my party of people were waiting for their food. The onion rings were salty and unseasoned. The barbecue sauce is unsatisfying and the waiter was very unpleasant with her was of providing excellent customer service. Also we were seated with no utensils barely any napkins. The Alfredo was cold after waiting a hour for the main entree. The plate was hot however the food was not. No ketchup in bottles. The same chicken Alfredo was brought back to the table with more sauce. Basically it was not remade. My chicken tenders platter with French fries was already made 10 minutes plus before the plate was brought to the table and they took those fries and thru them back into the fryer and put them on the plates. And most importantly we called ahead of time to make sure they could provide us with great service with the party of 12.

The WORST experience I have ever had in this establishment. We waited for our server, water, appetizers for over an hour just to wait another 15 minutes to receive PLASTIC silverware. The table next to us offered the extra silverware they had and then we waited another hour almost another hour for our food. I WON’T be coming back and I am going to tell anyone I know not to spend their time or money. I left very angry and disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this location. I ordered the 1/2 rib plate off Uber eats & my broccoli contained some type of larvae. I had to throw up everything I ate just to feel satisfied that I didn’t ingest something I didn’t see. Please take more time to wash the vegetables as this is unacceptable!

Went into the store to speak with management & there was no real sympathy. Gave me a script about it being up to Uber & I couldn’t get a remake w/o the broccoli. This could have been an easy fix but I will be escalating this situation! Please be safe when dining here.

We had a party of 12 and they didn’t want to seat us until everyone had arrived. But, most of the party was going to be coming and going as their schedules allowed. They agreed to seat us, but I had to move the tables around on my own to make a table for 12. The music was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other across the table, and they refused to turn it down after several requests. Server was nice, polite and helpful…but completely overwhelmed and it took almost an hour to get our food.
