Baby when I tell y’all this food was SO GOOD they don’t owe me nothing. My salmon was cooked to perfection, the broccoli was steamed well and the mashed potatoes was seasoned and the salad was so fresh . Our waitress Amanda was really appreciative and nice. My friend and I are both satisfied . The location was Newnan, Ga 30265

My experience at this location wasn’t too good, even though the food itself was decent. The biggest issue came from the overall environment, which felt neglected and poorly maintained. The bathrooms, in particular, were a nightmare — they honestly looked like something out of a horror movie. Trash was piled up and running over near a small corner sink, the mirrors looked like something picked up from a thrift store, and the stand-up urinals splashed back when flushed, which was unsanitary and uncomfortable. On top of that, I noticed an exposed outlet that seemed like a serious safety hazard, especially for any kids who might get curious.
The dining area wasn’t much better. Tables were left uncleaned and the setup felt rushed and thoughtless. These details may seem small, but they completely change the atmosphere and make the experience less enjoyable. A restaurant should never overlook cleanliness and safety, and here it felt like both were pushed aside.
As for service, the waitress was clearly frustrated, and it was easy to see why — the cook walked out right in the middle of rush hour, leaving her scrambling to keep everything afloat. Even so, I respect her for keeping her composure and doing her best under the circumstances. Still, the lack of staff support and poor management reflected in the overall experience.
While the food was decent enough, the environment and service issues outweighed the positives. With improvements to cleanliness, safety, and staffing, this location could be so much better. For now, I’d rate my visit a 4/10.

I really enjoyed my server Heather at Applebees. She made my experience feel like I was at a 5 star exclusive restaurant. She went over and beyond for us. Anything we asked for she made sure everything was right. We need more servers like her and our drinks stayed full. I will be coming back and I want to make sure she is our server again

My husband and i had the pleasure of visiting this location on valentine’s day. Our severs name was Heather. I dont think we have ever come in contact with such a sweet young lady before. She was so kind and patient with us. You can tell that she really enjoys her job very much. Many other servers could stand to take some lessons from Mrs Heather. Heather I hope you see this and know your light shines bright. You absolutely made our date night memorable. I hope many blessings come your way.

There were 8 people working front and back. Im from Florida and had no idea it had a bad reputation. I’m so glad we stopped in. The food was so fresh, the staff so accommodating and pleasant. We did have to wait to be seated but once seated it was awesome. Thank you all for such a pleasant dinner. When I get back this way I will be back!

I stopped for dinner in the Newnan area and was pleased with the experience. Heather, our server, demonstrated great expertise and guided us through the menu. The chicken and sausage pasta was a great choice. The service was outstanding, earning 5 stars. I would definitely recommend visiting and will return when possible.

Had a great meal at Applebee’s tonight! Ordered from the 2 for $25 menu and the cheeseburger and the cilantro lime chicken were fantastic c and way more than we could eat there. Rachel was a great attentive server. Great dining experience.

Unacceptable. I picked up lava cake and ice cream and the ice cream was fully melted by the time I go there and there was barely any ice cream in the cup. We ordered 10 minutes before we picked it up as well. Will not be back.

I frequent this restaurant at least 3-4 times a week. Customer service is always great. I ate there in Newnan yesterday and tried the new Prickly Pear drink. Sabrina made the first it was awesome I ordered another Mariah made it was just as great! I go there today a different bartender who’s name I forgot. I ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita today and it tasted just like Sour mix for Margarita which I expressed . I told the bartender she said well I followed the recipe and a server with red hair said it’s a Margarita duh it has Margarita mix!! I’m not one to complain so I said ok but clearly I know my taste buds it was not what I had yesterday! Fast forward Sabrina asked her where one particular ingredient was she had no clue which let me know it definitely wasn’t made correctly and it doesn’t get margarita mix. I would have been so satisfied if she had just said I’m sorry I made a mistake instead of a shoulder shrug! Especially with her backup that had a comment as well with the dyed Red hair who wasn’t even the bartender! If the bartender was trained or maybe not and got it wrong I know the server didn’t know either. Thank you Sabrina for making it right and correcting the situation. Usually the response I’d give would be much more verbal. But instead I decided to make a review. I spend too much money here weekly to be talked to as such and still not receive an apology when the bartender clearly was wrong and the rude server that put her 2 cents in. This was 6:20 Pm Tuesday

Everything was extraordinarily great and I look forward to continuing to support the business. Jaylen was a phenomenal employee who assisted me. From my arrival through the door to my departure after receiving my take-out order, he was my restaurant liason, placing my order in the system for preparation. Our dinner was cooked perfectly and with care. Thanks to the staff at this location, I will definitely patronize the business in the coming days again.
