Came for early Valentines dinner. Got 2 for $25. Spinach artichoke dip was off the chain. OM Burger loaded with cheese and very good.

Its been years since I’ve been to an Applebee’s and I see why. Our food took forever to come out and be cold. Our waitress got lost (I had to get up and find her), the staff was loud in the back playing rap music and the restaurant smelled. Never going back. Plus, the prices food not match the quality that’s expected.

I just picked up my order about 10 minutes ago and ate two bites of my bourbon chicken and realized it was raw on the inside. How do you serve raw chicken?? I truly hope I don’t get sick from this

Wonderful welcoming and professional service from Hailey and the manager khaijah. She made sure food was hot and took the time to make sure our order was right. It was me and my twin birthday. Very happy even offered me a brownie bite. Will definitely be back.

We were one of just a few customers in the restaurant when we arrived. The waitress was great, we sat at the bar, but several other people came in and ordered the 2 for 25 offer and received their entire meal before we even received our spinach dip. 2nd cook arrived late. We had to get the entrees to go and were still there 1.5 hours.. a prime football game was only on 1 screen after asking to put it on instead of pet videos…and the portion we received was half a plate after paying the SEVEN additional dollars to add on for salmon. Very disappointed.

Very slow environment. You have servers standing around on their phones , sitting at the bar talking, or hiding in the back. To top it off our server took 30 minutes to acknowledge we were waiting for her and we were always having to get someone else to get her to come to our table. I usually give restaurants a break but they weren’t even busy and were almost empty. That’s only the brink of what me and my family experienced and honestly if it wasn’t for my kids being hungry we would’ve probably left. Terrible service …

Bobbi was our waitress. She’s super nice. She just didn’t refill our drinks unless we asked and my daughter asked twice but still never got her refill. My daughter asked to sample the sauce that would come on the wonton tacos to see how hot it was. Never got it. My steak was over cooked. The celery that comes with the Buffalo wings was the scrawny tiny yellow pieces in the center of the stalk. when I asked for better celery, she said it won’t be much different. Our food was supposed to come with ranch and my hubby and I got blue.cheese. yuck! After ordering our food, it was almost an hr before we got our food. I over heard one of the other waitresses apologize to her ppl that she was “sorry for the wait, our good cook is on vacation”. Then said something about the cook today is slow. We eat out about 5 dYs a week and this was one.of worst eating out experiences…right there with Huddle House! It’s a shame, cuz we’re high tippers.

The food was good. Me and my son had a variety of items. The only downside is that the table was sticky. I was patient about it. But they definitely could do better at cleaning the tables after each use. Had to have it wiped twice bc the server did a poor job of wiping the table the 1st time when I brought it to her attention. But hey, it’s Applebee’s. I can’t have too high of an expectation when making this choice. But it is convenient being next door to a hotel

I don’t understand why this Apple Bee’s can’t get it together. We wait almost an hour to get our order taken, no apologies. The servers went back and forth about where we should sit and who was taking our orders. Then, there is no follow-up. Just here’s your bill. Bye.
