Came to this place after years if not eating here, abd nothing has changed, you get sated fast yeah sure, but getting your order well thats a different story. If you want to eat by closing time you better get here at opening time. Also too apparently eating good in the neighborhood means you get plastic to-go cups and forks. I definitely will not be coming back at all and I recommend everyone in the surrounding area not to come here unless you want to wait 2 to 3 hrs for low class chain restaurant food…. this place sucks hands down. There was also a group in my area and they got they food so out of order that half the table was done before the other half got their food. And they wasn’t busy at all.. guess all the cars in the parking lot was employees or people parking and going to longhorn next door… worst place ever and such a shame too cause ive had Applebee’s in different states and they are nothing like this place… the only time my waitress truly came to the table was when I am writing this review… Stay away

It’s Sunday 3/1/26 and my first time visiting. I wish I could have had a pleasant experience but unfortunately I don’t. First of all once I entered…there wasn’t a greeting from the hostess. There wasn’t a hostess. I waited while there were waitresses available. There were 2 people at the bar and floaters. They looked at me and continued there conversations. So I politely took a menu & seated myself. I still waited….no one asked me anything nor still greeted me. The 2 people around the bar was talking about some type of trip and wiping the bar for the 100th time with no customers sitting at the bar. I eventually just got up and left. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty. The booth seats are cloth and covered in grease/dirt. They’re supposed to be green with a pattern on them but they were nearly black. My phone color corrected a little so the picture looks a little less dirty than it actually is. The ceiling looks like caked dust even though I’m pretty sure that’s just the design of the tile. But still gross looking hanging over the food. Flies were flying around while we were there. The food was gross and cold. We got the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. It tasted like they opened a jar of Tostitos spinach artichoke dip and slightly microwaved it. My kids got the Alfredo pasta and mozzarella sticks. My kids typically eat anything and everything. They barely ate any of it and said they didn’t want it. My husband got the bourbon chicken and shrimp. His shrimp had a long strand of hair wrapped around. it. He sent it back and didn’t reorder anything else. I got the chicken fajita roll up. I forced myself to try to eat some of it. But couldn’t finish it. This was absolutely the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. We won’t be returning. The only good part about our experience was our waitress. She was very sweet and super apologetic about the hair.

Worst ever never will return. I love Applebee’s but tonight ruined it. The 2 for $25 turns into a $70. Bill because I wanted cheese on my broccoli I got charged and extra $7.98 and my husband was charged $2.99 for his salad, and $3.99 for the mashed potatoes with bacon. Never happened before and will never happen again. So disappointed we were not told of all the extra charges until the waitress brought the bill. I don’t mind paying for good service but refused to bring me a menu when asked to show me on there all the upcharge prices.

We always enjoy the food and drinks. It Sometimes gets a little overwhelming for the bartenders and it takes a while for us to get our drinks, but all in all the atmosphere and the jukebox helps us stay entertained. Michelle makes a great margarita.!!!

ETA: we came back today and had wonderful service by Michelle S. Our burgers were spot on, again. Highly recommend stopping by for a bite. Wonderful casual dining experience! We happened to come in on the burger special night. Lucky for me- they have an IMPOSSIBLE burger! And it was delicious. Our food was great, service was friendly and attentive and we will definitely come back in.

Its race day, Sunday 2/22/26. A lot of folks are looking for good hot food after a long Nascar race sitting in the freezing cold and wind at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. We were here for an hour, and in that time, we received our food quickly, but only saw our waitress 3 times in that whole hour. The other tables were getting up and leaving after the hostess seated them because they’d been seated for almost 20 minutes without having their orders taken. This was on the right hand side of the restraint near the restrooms. On the left-hand side I saw the waitress moving very quickly and helping that whole side, but there was hardly any waitress presence on the right hand side at all. We got 1 refil in the whole hour, and waited 30 minutes just to pay for our food.

My family and myself went to this location last night around 5pm. We were seated, but no waitress ever came to our table. No drink order no nothing. After about 20 minutes of waiting my mom went to the bar, as it was the only person that looked like they were working, to ask for a waitress and a manager. After about another 5+ minutes of waiting no one still came to our table, but a waitress did go to help a few other tables in another location. We happily all got up and left after waiting for no service and no manager or waitress after requesting help. There were several people walking in and out of the back that did not look like workers as they were not dressed in appropriate work attire or have name tags. Also several people that seemed to be workers were outside smoking and talking during and after this all took place. Haven’t been here since I was younger and definitely will not return.

I came in traveling through Griffin with my 8 year old daughter and was very happy with customer service and sometimes Applebees can be a hit or miss for me on the food , it was pretty good and I’ll come back definitely. My server was Tristian and he was very pleasant and accommodating ! The manager was also very nice and I’m happy I came In to this location today .
