The food was just okay. I asked for pepper and was informed they don’t have any. My daughter and I had to wait 10 minute to be seated. Not sure why because they were not busy. I called the restaurant standing at the hostess stand. I also asked for Parmesan cheese on my pasta and informed they charge extra for that. My cheese sticks had to be replaced because some had no cheese inside. Service was mediocre. I asked for to go boxes. We packed up our food and left. I won’t go back to this Applebee’s.

Food was good, wanton tacos were great but it took awhile (11:15am) 2 other tables in the restaurant. The server was nice but not attentive It was at least 15 minutes between every time he stopped at the table. Took 30 minutes from when he dropped the check until he came back to pick it up.

Malissa was a great server. Talked to the manager, Mr. T. Eastman, visited customers and made sure they were satisfied. Briefly conversation revealed he has both customers and employees earnest at heart. He appears industrious. First time visit. Looks to next visit.

My husband and I arrived at about 4 pm on Saturday. We waited close to 20 min to be seated. Only 1 waitress and the bar was only then opening. I noticed a manager walking around, not helping his staff at all. Our waitress had a bit of an attitude and was overwhelmed. It took about another 30 min to our drink. A long wait before we ordered but the food came quickly. The Mac & cheese was aiight not great. We ordered Ribs, and they were good. A lot of people left due to not being seated in a timely fashion. Eventually, more waitresses came in, and a Caucasian woman manager was getting it done. She was seating people, delivering food, taking orders, and cleaning up. Anyway, after close to 2 hours, we left.

I had not been at Applebee’s in a long time, I was hungry and looking for a place to eat where I knew my meal would not break the bank. I ordered a Strawberry & Mango frozen drink and a chicken salad with Asian dressing which was a sweet ginger dressing. The service was fast and the food was enjoyable.

I was here a couple of days ago, the food was good and the service was ‘OK’ . There was a VERY loud argument at the bar, both sides were using load profanity and this went on so long that I decided to leave. you had couples and families there trying to enjoy themselves, you couldn’t even hear the music There was no intervention from management or staff. this place was poorly ran that night.

We’ve tried to patronize this location on multiple occasions. Each time the experience has been horrible. The hostess and manager refused to seat to disabled veterans. Their excuse was that they were short-staffed and therefore could not put anyone at a table for fear of confusing the servers. After waiting the initial 15 to 20 minutes that we were told, the hostess returned and said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes with a very nonchalant smart on her face through her hands up and said “well y’all just going to have to wait”.
