I’m writing this review as a NYer visiting GA.
When I got to the restaurant there was maybe 6-10 tables occupied with guest, and a few ppl at the bar. The person who showed us to our seats asked ME to pick up the menus, that was my first eyebrow raise. After being seated, we looked through the menus and waited, 15mins passed and no one came to the table, so I asked the person who sat us to let the waitress know we were ready to place our orders. Another 10mins passed before the waitress came to us, and when she did, she was not in a good mood. She took the orders and when she was done my mom asked her how long it would be, because we were already sitting there a while. She said “I don’t know because I only came over here to take the drink orders, and I have to cash out that table before I put your order in!”, so I asked her why she had to wait to put the order in, she said she needs to get the customers out because they’ve been there over an hour, and if I wanted to she could give my order to another server because “I’ve been here 11am, and I should’ve been left”. I told her I would prefer to have someone else serve us, that way we wouldn’t have to wait to get the order sent in. She said okay, she walked off and we didn’t see her until 20mins later when the manager walked up and asked if we were okay, I said “no, we’re not”, and he asked what was wrong and I told him, he went to get the girl, and come to find out she didn’t even put the drink orders in. He went to her the drinks and the only thing that came out correct was the apple juice for my kids, all the drinks were wrong and had to be taken back. The second set of drinks came back and the were all horrible; however, we did not send them back because we didn’t want any issues. The food took another 20 mins to come out, but let me say, if it wasn’t for the food, this would be a 1star review. The food was very flavorful and well made. My husband’s order was the only that came out wrong, and they fixed it.
The manager removed the drinks from our bill, and I appreciate that because we did not drink them, and a lot of places will charge you if you don’t return them directly to the server. We left them on the table . Definitely look into getting a new bartender.

I really don’t eat at Applebee’s like that but my Aunt gave me some gift cards so what the heck. My waitress Jayla was super friendly, sweet & attentive. I’m big on customer service and I really appreciate her. The food wasn’t bad everything came out fresh & hot. Okay Applebee’s

The appearance of my food was unacceptable, especially this dip it tasted old. The manager on duty was very friendly and polite. He remade everything and it looked and tasted fresh.

The Applebee’s of StoneCrest was accommodating to the party of 10 in my granddaughter birthday celebration lunch. Although the waitress was overwhelmed with so many orders and wasn’t able to please everyone I felt she did a good job. Thank you Applebee’s offering a decent discount to the meal that was not served.

The lady bartender was good, very attentive even though she was busy. I ordered the special won ton tacos, boneless wings, and a bacon burger. All was good.

I’m not sure who said to have karaoke at Applebee’s was a great idea, but maybe you should think it again. I don’t know what audience you’re trying to attract. It was a bit much,, me and several of my friends had to send back our orders multiple times before they were correct.
Overall the waitress we had she was very patient and very poised about our needs.

Naomi and Beatrice at the Stonecrest location really made our dining experience special! An incident happened and the manager handled it with such dignity and professionalism. Great staff all around and great leadership! We’ll definitely be back!

Still a favorite!! Our server did an awesome job. I had a party of five and he kept our drinks refilled, brought out the appetizers with enough time in between that we could enjoy them before the entrees came out. Everything was good and hot. Wasn’t really busy but was enjoyable to me…

It was perfectly fine. Nothing bad happened but nothing was overly great. We got sat immediately with drink order taken. Our Waiter, Uno, suggested the 2 for $20 (I think) deal and what’s what we went with. Both had Caesar salad, I had the pasta, he the ribs. They were mostly bone but that’s okay, salad was pretty filling. My pasta was on the heavy side but tasted good. Our child had Mac and cheese and it was basically kraft so he ate it. Over all good experience.
