We arrived here around 4:40pm. There was no wait time, so we were seated upon arriving. We sat and waited for our waitress to come and take our drink orders. Once we got our drinks, we ordered our food. The four of us got the ultimate trio just different ways. We began to have a conversation while we waited on our food, and more people began to fill the tables around us. After 51 minutes of waiting, we started to notice the people around us that arrived after us were getting their food. The waitress came to us to apologize that the kitchen was backed up due to fried foods. After more people started to get their food, I requested to speak with the manager. She stated that she was sorry that we had been waiting so long and that the food should be out in 2-3 minutes and that she would take care of the bill. Five minutes go by, and we still are waiting. The couple beside us sent their order back due to it being wrong and got their correct order all while we were still waiting. So we decided to leave but before leaving I spoke with the manager again. She stated our waitress had forgotten to put in our order, and that is why it was taking so long. We left and went to Mexican, where we were treated way better! I won’t be back to this location where they prioritize certain people!

Hollie was so sweet! Even though she was super busy she was kind and attentive. She instantly made us feel welcome and like we’d been friends for years. I hope in the future she gets a better hostess on shift so she doesn’t have to do everything. Will ask for her next time we come in for sure! Thanks Hollie!

I tried to order the appetizer trio. Waitress said they couldnt do that because of problems with the friers. Instead ordered the omcheeseburger special. Then the waitress suggested an appetizer! Two minutes before that I couldn’t order an appetizer because the friers. We should have left then. The food was cold the hamburger was so overcooked. Waitress said I couldn’t have it cooked the was I wanted it. We have seen the advertisement for the omcheeseburger. Ours looked nothing like that. Never again.

As a regular I can say ALL the bartenders always go above and beyond to be sure myself and my group of friends are always taken care of. We always enjoy our weekly catchups with our friends and the bar staff. Shout out to Teresa, Ericka, and of course Chelsea. All Good Vibes.

Food was good service was good had a great experience other then the host he had a bit if an attitude problem because I asked to be set at a booth and not a table. Other then that inconvenience it was a great experience. Applebee’s needs to retrain that host especially being thats the first person the customer interacts with.

Service from hostess and server Hollie was excellent. Mozzarella sticks were hot with plenty of sauce. We got a 2 for $25 and nachos and fiesta like chicken, both which were hot and delicious and presentation was very nice. Good value for four people compared to similar types of restaurants.

Waitress was polite, brought our drinks out fast then our food didn’t take long after that she never came back to check on us refill our drinks. I had to turn around in my chair and look for a waitress and saw her sitting at a booth just talking to ppl she saw me and quickly came to check on us we got one drink refill right before we left not worth the money.

Ordered the food and it was delivered within 15 mins from the time ordered. Food was cold. The taste had no flavor. Reminded me of dog food. It seem to be leftovers from the day before. I quit going here because of this years ago but I tired about a month ago to give them a chance and had a great experience the last time, so I ordered it again. Maybe ordering out is a bad decision.

Doug is the best manager ever but only did he assist me but he brought my card that I needed out to my car because my daughter was in the car and I couldn’t leave her unattended! I do feel valued for that and not only did the correct my issue I had but he cared about my personal life and that is top tier! ☺️ thank you Doug and Robin!

Husband and I went here for a date night, the food was amazing! The service was kind of off the night we went, but they were busy and unstaffed so we understood.
