⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 – Good flavor, messy execution
The queso burger looked promising, but it wasn’t cooked the way we asked. It felt like some of the cheese and burger were lost on the skillet, which really affected the final appearance and bite. Because of that, I’d honestly recommend ordering the burger on a plate with the queso on the side instead of getting it fully assembled—it’s much better that way. If you’re going for the cheese, don’t bother with the full build. It’s not worth it.
That said, for the price (around $11.99), it’s still a decent stop. Especially when I just paid $13 at McDonald’s for a Filet-O-Fish meal that wasn’t worth it at all. Compared to that, this burger wins.
The fries were fresh, and the ranch is top-tier, definitely better than the usual fast-food options.
Bottom line: come for the burger, get it deconstructed, enjoy the fries and ranch—and you’ll have a much better experience.

This place is a disaster. I am ashamed i picked this place to eat. The floor needs to replaced. It is not the humidity. It is a safety hazard It has been 47 minutes since we ordered and we still don’t have our food. Our waiter smells of pure weed. I offered to pay for our drinks and we left. This place is a dump. It somehow has an A. Must have paid someone off for that. We are now at Whataburger where the floors are hole-free.

My oriental salad was lacking some of the ingredients. My husband’s OMCheese burger was badly overdone by the cast iron being too hot. The waitress immediately got the new general manager and she was wonderful. They redid everything with such a great attitude and we’re so apologetic for the issues. They saved some long-time customers. By the way they handled this. The replacements were wonderful. The waitress was terrific! That’s how you run a business

The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was delicious! My drink was good too! My bartender Nakia was very nice.
The lights on the sign in the parking lot don’t work so it’s easy to miss the building because it sits back off the road in the Food Lion parking lot. We drove past the restaurant multiple times because the lights did not work and it was night time. We came in from out of town and were not familiar with the area.
There was very little lightning on the outside of the building also, we questioned if the restaurant was even open. We waited in the car to see if someone went inside. In my experience when the restaurant marquee is off it means they are closed.
They had a sign up at the door warning people that the floors were really wet due to the humidity, which I appreciated the heads up. I definitely had to adjust my walk because my shoes were slipping. Hopefully it just started happening. However, corporate needs to consider placing carpet down or replacing the floor because it was very dangerous for the guests and especially the servers, and people on walkers with mobility issues. Not a good situation for ADA compliance.

What a great lunch we had today. Was able to change out burger for chicken and broccoli instead of fries and keep them calories in check! Waiter scott made this easy for us and we tried a new sauce with jalapeño that was quite surprisingly delicious. Plenty of parking. Husband said the men’s room was ok. We had a good experience.

We have ordered the oh my cheeseburgers twice. The first time we went to pick the food up when we got there they said the burgers were frozen so we didn’t get anything. The second time we got our food it was no cheese under the burgers. The very very small amount of cheese we received was in a little cup and it was hard. That’s the reason we ordered the burgers. The cheeseburger was a good burger but we are so disappointed because of all the cheese it was supposed to have with it. I dont think we will order another one. We were so excited to finally get one because it looked so good on the commercial but we really got let down. Applebee’s has always had very good food but this has so disappointed us. Maybe if you ordered the burger and ate it there it might be a better experience but I dont recommend getting one to go.

Started with we were seated in an area that I thought the floor might fall through ( I actually said a prayer that our booth didn’t fall through the floor) , in fact they had placed a piece of wood over most of the floor in front of our booth, the waitress came immediately, brought drinks and took our orders, our appetizer came out , no plates to eat them on, we used napkins, we got our food, I ordered the appetizer trio for my meal and added an order of fries, my sister got the Bourbon Steak, they brought my food out with her salad , and I explained I had told the waitress it was my meal, so they left it anyways, my sister ask for a knife for her steak and I ask for a drink refill. My sister finished her salad and the potatoes and finally the waitress came to our table and ask if we needed anything well yes her steak knife and my refill, I had an empty glass throughout my meal, and my sister was attempting to eat the steak by trying to pull it apart with her fingers. She did bring it right away at that time. My trio had the quesadillas they were ok, but my riblets were nothing but fat and the shrimp was inedible. Never got my fries, even if I wanted to try to get them, no one was available, the end of the bar ( gathering place ) was where everyone was at. I ask for the riblets and shrimp to be taken off and they were, the steak was so tough and full of gristle but at this point we wanted to just get out and get home. Never at any time did we see a manager if there was one. The absolute worst starting with the building it self, to the inadequacy of the staff, and the terrible food and lack of. Both of us stated at the same time as we left, “ we won’t be coming back here again “. I left a 5.00 tip and really shouldn’t have done that.
