My 7yr old daughter and I visited this Applebee’s on Devine Street today 3/9/2026 and we had a wonderful mother/daughter date. Our server Jesse was top of the line professional, he was amazing, friendly but not overly friendly, he was knowledgeable about what we ordered, and he didnt play around…we got our food and drinks so fast I mean I cant even remember how long we waited it came so fast. I ordered the ribeye with garlic mash and broccoli 10/10 while my daughter ordered the bone in wings as well as the Ultimate Trio with chicken wonton tacos, waffle fries and rickets 10/10, and the adult beverages, OMG…let’s just say if my daughter wasnt with me I would have tried them all, the 2 I ordered was the Emerald Escape and the Pricklycane, so scrumptious, perfect amount of alcohol just enough to kick the stress from a hard day of work. The restaurant was clean and friendly faces all around, but Jesse really made a difference because we have been recieving very very poor customer service at other places, now I only want to come here. THANKS JESSE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Waited 10 minutes to be seated by host on his phone. Place was half full and we waited half an hour to even get acknowledged by the waiter… another 20 minutes went by without even getting waters. Overheard multiple customers with issues such as raw food or not getting a glass for their drink and we left before getting food as it was late

Our server was amazing! However the bussboy needs to get his butt back to work. Our table was disgusting; covered in water accumulation, leftover food, etc. Our server handled everything beautifully however. My “steak” was a quartered chuck…. I was a butcher before, the middle tendon and incredibly dense muscular structure made it very apparent that this location is cutting corners on their “sirloin” -though kudos for getting perfect medium-rare. Our burger came out incorrect, but was corrected when made mention. All in all, server made the experience bearable, but wouldn’t consider coming here again even though it is walking distance… shoutout to Daysha! (Daisha?) I apologize if I got the name wrong, but incredible service skills! Very attentive!

My order was supposed to be ready at 3:49. I arrived about 5 minutes and parked in the carside to go pick up spot. At about 4 when no one came out, I decided to walk in to get my order. No one even greeted me or asked the name on my order until 4:15!! Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service. I did not receive my order until 4:20. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Although this is the closest location to me, I will not be returning ever again.

My 1st visit of 2025 was awesome. This establishment hasn’t disappointed me yet. We were greeted as soon as we entered the establishment. The waiter Jessie was attentive and friendly. He ensured our order was accurate and refilled our drinks in a timely fashion. The food was delicious and prepared very well. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The service was great! Our server was extremely sweet! Loved her! We purchased the mix n match deal. I ordered the salmon dish, and my best friend ordered the baby back ribs dish. The food was absolutely delicious as well! The only weird part, was that they didn’t have any silverware, nor any green beans. Other than that, no complaints!

We just had dinner here on January 1. My wife had salmon, and I had the Nachos plate. The Nachos were terrible. They arrived cold and the cheese was only partially melted. The guacamole was showing signs of oxidation. The hamburger meat was so overcooded it was actually crunchy. Worst meal I ever had. My only take away was that the cook clearly did not really care about what he was doing, or totally unprepared. How do you srew up nachos? Think about that.

Typical neighborhood gathering spot. Most people go for the drinks, but you can’t live off alcohol alone. Ordered online for curbside pickup. They were busy even though it was an early week day. Good for the economy, not so good for my growling stomach.
I ordered ribs, mashed Potatoes and broccoli. There was a wait, but the young lady that offered to help me was pleasant and courteous. After my order was ready there was a 15 minute ride to my destination.
The broccoli was not soggy or overcooked, the potatoes were flavorful but could benefit from some garlic butter, the ribs were a disappointment. Overall they seemed dried out/overcooked, almost as if they had been burned and left sitting around.
The drinks are always refreshing, but the food options are hit or miss.

I sat at the bar for my dine in experience this evening. My server Brianna was great!
I orderd the 2 for $27 which had the honey BBQ boneless wings, chicken Alfredo, and the fiesta lime chicken.
The alfredo was delicious, it was creamy and the chicken and broccoli was hot and fresh. The honey BBQ wings had just the right amount of sauce, which made them delicious!
