Got seated fast. Wait was very long for server to even come get drink order She had no clue about menu! Had to say something to hostess to get waitress that was dancing in back corner to come to our table Ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp and was told you can have one or other then no broccoli we left won’t be back too bad we use to love this place customer service sucked

So we waited forever to be seated although there were perhaps 4 diners inside. The hostess wasn’t present. So I asked if we seated ourselves. The lady told me we could. It took a very long time to order our drinks. Another very long wait for our food to arrive just for it to be lukewarm.

Man does this place need an upgrade!!!!! We usually go to the Applebee’s on Ramsey Street and always have a great experience! We were close by and decided to go to this location….NEVER AGAIN! Our drinks took wayyyy too long and still came out staggered with a mock tail, coke, and soda/redbull. My mother got appetizers and it came out only minutes before our entrees which took quite some time and my daughter’s entree was brought out with her side of fries coming later. I ordered these “New Chicken Parm” dish….Word cant even explain the garbage brought to me. The noodles look like they had been sitting in a pot and some spots were crunchy, the chicken was burnt and smelled strange and there was noooo visible seasoning! It looked so bland and poorly prepared. I was BEYOND disappointed!! The seats are so flat you can feel the wood and the decor is old and worn. Idk if perhaps they were short staffed in the kitchen and desperate to just push the food out, but I will stick to Ramsey st from now on. I attached the menu pic with what I received. I was mad the server had the nerve to not say something to them about this!!! Lol

My visit was for dinner, we ordered the special of 1 starter and 2 dishes for 32.My waitress, despite not showing sympathy, was courteous. My drink was delicious, it was a sangria. I recommend it!The chicken melted in my mouth and the shrimp had so much flavor. The cut of meat is very juicy and cooked to perfection. My visit was on July 7At approximately 8 let me congratulate the cooks and the bartender. I have been to the vast majority of restaurants in the area and by far I loved the taste of this day at this restaurant!I haven’t visited it for a long time but without a doubt now it will be one of my favorites.

Well after Reading the Reviews my expectations were low and I was debating on going at all. But as a foodie and Reviewer I had to check this area out. As soon as we walked in there was a Welcoming atmosphere, I also didn’t have to wait more than a few moments for a seat. The waitress was polite and consistent with my table, explaining each dish and what they had available to check out. The food didn’t take too long to come to our table and I noticed it was hot, fresh and smelt great. The taste was what I expected after seeing it and the flavor did indeed have a fresh texture to it.

Edit: We visited July 16, 2023. Unfortunately, the service was not that great…there was someone who was hostess AND waiting tables. The food was cold and we had to ask for hot food (broccoli with steak meal was cold).
However, we went back July 21, 2023. We sat for about 10 minutes at our table before a waitress came over and acknowledged us. However, our waitress did us right, our food was good and hot tonight, and Jess (the manager) made sure things were right with us.
Definitely plan on coming back. Love the 2 for $25! The side salads are pretty big, and they are good!

Went there for the 50-cent wings and was not impressed. Tried 5 of the Garlic Parmesean, and they were not good. Had way too much butter in the sauce. I also got 5 of the Buffalo, which were your standard Applebee’s flavor. We also got the chicken salad but asked for no tomatoes. The salad came out with the smallest diced tomatoes I’ve ever seen on a salad.

The restaurant was empty when we got there. But a line of people waiting to be seated. It took about 25 minutes to get a seat because the staff were nowhere in sight. We got the wrong food, it took forever to even get that. The food was okay. The restaurant also had a lingering smell of feet, like it could use a good cleaning. It was hard to even get a refill on drinks, because the staff were never around. All the staff seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen singing, but we could all hear them singing from our table.

The food I found to be very good. The shrimp and mozzarella sticks were fabulously cooked, filling! My daughter’s smoothie was also tempting. Kendra did a great job at serving us. She has a wonderful personality! We initially each ordered a dish, and Kendra decided to combine our selections into an Applebee’s combo for $25, saving me money. lol. Great location! I shall return!
