The Appetizer was good but the pasta I ordered was very spicy. I got the blackened shrimp with the sausage, they brung out chicken instead so I sent it back. ( I honestly think they took the chicken off and put shrimp on top without remaking it but I’ll never order it again

For starters, we adore two of our most regular servers who is an older gentleman and another gentleman who works at the bar majority of his time, both of them are fantastic servers (I unfortunately don’t know either of their names but we absolutely favor them as waiters). Tonight everyone else working there seemed to not care about anything or anyone else except their work buddies or being on their phone. I don’t know what the work attire is for this place, but tonight was a pretty ridiculous night. We didn’t see either of our regular servers, which is fine, but also seeing at the same time servers with pjs and bonnets on and not regular work attire that is welcoming and respectful to customers. We got sat pretty quickly and got our drinks rather fast, but once it came around to ordering our food (only one platter because we were sharing) it took an unusual amount of time. Once we ordered, we waited 25 minutes for a single platter of tenders. I would understand our food taking that long if it was busy, but it wasn’t packed inside and we also saw multiple servers talking to each other and on their phones at the bar. Once our platter came out, my boyfriend and I were shocked that our platter wasn’t decently warm to the touch (after all that time waiting) nor were the tenders actually edible. The tenders were hard and firm, and they didn’t taste good at all. We decided to wait for the server to come around so that we could explain to her that our food didn’t come out as expected. But she never came by to check on us which took about 15-20ish minutes, and by that point, obviously both of us were annoyed, and decided to cut our losses, pay, and leave. leaving this experience i don’t see us returning to this location until management can tighten up on food quality, customer service, and employee attitudes.

The steak is amazing every bite bursts with flavor! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned right. The 4-cheese mac with loaded potatoes? Damn… rich, creamy, and straight comfort food done right. Definitely worth coming back for.

We come to this location a bit. Usually service not too bad. But tonight. Service was way below par. 30 min before we even get a drink put in. Was about to leave. Then 20 min later. Waiting on drinks to finish. Be right back to get food order, she says. If it was busy I’d understand. But. It wasn’t. The chicken on the bourbon street with shrimp, slightly over cooked. But I’m cool with that. Tonight. It’s the service for me. Coming from the side of a restaurant employee. Coming in with no wait. Then spending an hour and half on slow night from walking in to finished. That seems wrong.

I want to thank Applebee’s for the free meal on Veterans Day as well as the beautiful display they have for the fallen troops. Being a veteran you don’t know how much it means to me, but I really appreciate it to see that honor be sold upon people we served with.

I had a pickup order that was supposed to be carside. Nobody came out to the carside for almost 10 minutes, so I figured my order was running late, no big deal. I went inside, and the bartender said it still wasn’t done. I waited a couple of minutes inside and the waiter told me I had a few more minutes, so I went back to my car to wait, again no big deal. However, I went back in to go get my food, and I’m guessing the manager, asked me “Is your food not waiting on the rack?”
Whoever she was handed me my bag, and a very tiny milkshake, and after I get back out to my car I check to make sure I have everything. The Apple pie I had gotten was at the bottom of the bag with the ice cream on it melting from all of the heat from everything surrounding it. They didn’t even bother to put the ice cream in a separate container. I mean, who cares if you’re spending almost $80 and driving to them to inconvenience them during their work hours?
This location has never really been great, but tonight was truly nice. The customer service was not fantastic, and between the interactions with the waiter, the bartender, and the manager, I will not be going back to this location.

Good Food and Travel
Haven’t been to an Applebees in a while due to bad experiences. This location seems better managed. The server and staff were great, they were friendly and we were greeted when we entered. Our server was honest when we were given plastic utensils until metal became available. Overall the location was clean for how busy it was and the bathrooms were well kept. The food options is where Applebees needs help but that’s not a complaint against this location as they work with what they have. My burger was overcooked and would say Wendy’s would have done a similar or better job for a better price. We had cheese missing from some cheese sticks and the dip was bland. On a positive note, the kids menu had great selections. The yogurt and strawberries were great. Overall our experience was average but Applebees needs better menu items.

My recent visit to Applebee’s was a disappointing experience. The service was slow from the start, with a 20-minute wait to place our drink order. The cleanliness of the floor and tables was also lacking. Our waitress, Christy, provided poor service. The presentation of our food was unappealing when it finally arrived. I expressed my concerns to Christy, who responded with a negative attitude, causing me embarrassment in front of others as we left the restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, displaying a lack of courtesy. Christy’s comments as we exited were unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The only saving grace is the waiter. Ask for KEITH for great service. Unfortunately after a long wait and watching others food come out before mine. I decided against eating here mostly because the manager seemed rather unconcerned.
