After waiting 15 minutes after the time it should have been done. Total of 45 minutes. Our food was way under cooked. As seen in picture. Fries were very cold and hard as if they were sitting all day. I do not recommend this location.

We had an absolute horrible time. We visited the restaurant 12-26-17 at around 10:30pm. (Party of 3) The manager was at the door and he didn’t greet us or even smile he just said follow me and led us to a table. 2 guest were beside us and a lady who worked there was standing talking to them for about twenty minutes as we continued to wait. We had no idea that she would be our server because she continued with her conversation after knowing we were waiting to be served. She came and took our drink orders and sent another girl to bring our plates and napkins. This woman came to our table and didn’t say hello or anything she SLAMMED YES SLAMMED our plates down on the table and left.I was so upset by then that I spoke with the manager. I let him know that I thought they all were unprofessional and it was the worst service I’d ever experienced. He apologized which was so fake it was ridiculous and tried to tell me how they were busy earlier and so understaffed. I did tell him I would like to just pay for what we had ate already and just leave but he said our food was almost ready and it would be on the house.Lol he really thought that would make up for the horrible service!! Before I left I went to the restroom it was so dirty it was scary.No napkins to wipe your hands,tissue all in the floor, and no door knob on one stall door.It looked like someone had burst it off. Save your self stay away from this low class run down place.

My friends and I tried to make the most of it, but our whole experience was awful…and that’s putting it nicely. I don’t know what the problem was. They weren’t very busy, but we waited a good hour before we even got our food. Long wait for our drinks and then they were nasty. One of our steaks was undercooked, so we sent it back and then it came out burnt. The fries and chicken tenders tasted like they came from McDonald’s. The chips sucked and when the manager brought out “fresh” chips, they were stale. They had lights out in the bathroom, which was also very dirty. The waitress and the manager we spoke to were very apologetic, as they should’ve been. Overall, it was a bad experience and I doubt we’ll ever go back.

This Applebee’s had more dirty tables then clean they ran out of a lot of items I got chips and marinara for some reason I didn’t order I ordered chips and salsa which was nasty the green beans I ordered were hard and full of water on the up side our waitress was nice and helpful the place just looks gross though they need to bus there tables ewwwwww

To Jamie a few comments down, nobody is going to be thrilled to serve you when it’s almost closing time and bathrooms are pretty likely to be dirty or not stocked by the end of the night. Your food was free so suck it up. I love this place and every time I’ve gone service wasn’t perfect but everyone is just trying to make a living and I don’t ever blame waiters or waitresses for acting like human beings and not customer service robots. Food is always good and that’s what I’m there for anyway. As long as they bring it to me I’m a happy camper.

This was one of the WORST places I have ever ate at. We were the first customers when the door opened and 5 other tables got their food before us. 3 hours of waiting and the food sucked!! The waiter had sweat pouring off his face just like the leaking air vents all over the tables and food. We had a party of 17 with one waiter while 5 other wait staff stood around and talked to each other. After we complained about the food coming out cold and not being served, the manager gave us a couple of deserts …..to share! My 5 year old came in hungry and was the last to eat. The worst of it all was, several us went back to the hotel with food poisoning!! Never eat there again. Besides the restaurant being dirty inside, the wait staff were serving food, busting tables and running the register all without washing their hands. Gross! I strongly suggest you think twice before eating here.

It was a terrible experience. Out of all the times of going there I never had service so bad. Management over the staff didn’t seem to exist. We waited a whole 5 to 8 minutes just to place our orders for our drinks because no one ever came to the table. My guest had to signal for a waiter to come over just to get the order. Then when I had got my food I had overcooked (burnt) broccoli and not even more than 15 fries on my plate with my meal. I don’t know if you guys are cutting back on fries but they weren’t like that before. The mens bathroom is straight poor managed. The toilets are very dirty, floor very dull and dirty and the soap dispenser looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I took pictures but they want post. If you saw those pictures you would be so disgusted. Also things were floating in my drink.

First off waited for 5 minutes before the hostess came and greeted us. Then once we sat down took waitress a while to come back with our drinks, took even longer to come back with our food. The waitress never checked on us maybe once but didn’t ask us for any refills or anything. There was no silverware on the table and food was burnt. Service was too slow and will not be coming back to this location.

What a terrible experience. Server and manager both seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. There was not a hostess at the front when we got there and stood waiting more than 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We were then escorted to a dirty table. It took way too long before our server came over and then waited 20 minutes before our drinks came already watered down. No straws, had to go ask for them at the bar. Another 45 minutes later, our salads came out without most of the items that comes on the salad. We had to get the person cleaning tables to go get our silverware. The food came out quickly after, of course not before we could finish our salads. The server handed my sister a burning hot bowl without any temperature warning. No plates were ever picked up off the table. We had to requests refills from the manager, our server and someone else’s server and finally received these drinks after we were done eating! Multiple talks with the manager throughout this experience and he actually shrugged, had no idea what to do. One table had to get their food to go because it took too long. Other tables were requesting discounts for poor service. We requested to speak to the general manager since the other manager was unable to provide any help, and she never came to the table. It’s a shame the service was so poor because the food was actually pretty good!
