It was not a very pleasant experience at all. I think they gave us a green waitress or one that was definitely not having a great day. We were at least 20 mins on drink orders. A party of 8 with 4 children in that group.
The food was very very slow coming . We ordered advertisers that came out WITH the meals. One of the kids meal was the last thing to come out,only after we asked for it! It was just not a good dinner. The manager came by and saw the look on our faces and asked if it was great,we said not at all. Forgot the air was on in February! Snow still on the ground!

This restaurant has great customer service. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. The food is good. The portions are on the small side. They probably could have added more mash potatoes. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Plenty of parking and lots of shopping around.

When we first walked in one of my best friends told me that the smell was terrible for them. I didn’t realize it until we walk fully inside the place that’s when the smell hit me. The service , the young lady who served my friends and I was really really nice. She was really sweet. She was really helpful and really patient while serving us. She’s a 10 out of 10.. but I wish I could say the same thing about the food. The food was horrible. The meat tasted really bad and was horrible cooked . I didn’t say anything because I felt bad for the lady who was serving us. She was really nice and that’s why I didn’t say anything. I didn’t wanted to be a pain in the butt for her. I do not recommend the food but the service was good . This was my first and last time coming to this restaurant

Don’t expect Car-side service, don’t expect the food to taste good, expect them to try to steal from you. I ordered food and part of my order was missing and I asked about it but the staff said the item doesn’t come with my purchase despite it being on the menu and on my receipt. Since when does the spinach dip not come with chipotle lime salsa. I had to ask someone else and the girl that was lying got an attitude when she was corrected. The food was also packaged horribly and I spilled some of the food leaving the restaurant. If you are going to go to an Applebees go to literally any other location

The one time I decided to have a dinner for myself, it was the worst experience ever. It was hardly busy and a male waiter walked by me with his nose turned up as he looked back at me. I waited 45 mins for my appetizer which was okay. Artichoke dip with chips and half of the chips were stale. Then waited almost another 15mins for my food. I tried to be grateful knowing my food would be coming but when my waiter came back he told me that they ran out of fettuccine noodles for my blackened shrimp Alfredo and he hoped I didn’t mind penne. I said no I didn’t mind. When my food finally came out. It was cold and the plate had what I took was dry sauce all around. And then he said he’d bring out bread and never did. After realizing my food was cold I didn’t even want the bread. I just wanted to leave. No apology, compensation, nor attempt to fix the food was made. Once I was given the bill I was ignored. I paid and left. Worst experience ever.

On a Saturday night at 11pm we arrived, we sat at the bar. The bartender appeared to be rude each time we asked him for things we needed, such as the Utensils to eat with!? So I spoke on his rudeness, and he stated he had been there since they opened, and the cash register was not working right, he had to leave the bar area to cash everyone out and customers were walking out. I tried to understand, but when we got our spinach dip and chips; the spinach dip was cold, and the chips were stuck together. Didn’t bother the poor bartender as he looked as tho he was about to cry, so we at out dinner and left him with some words of advice: Get another job.
Update: Decided to go back a few days ago, same bartender didn’t greet us, we waited at bar for about 10 minutes, Decided to leave….we will never return to this location

It’s just not great. If the prices were not as high I could see a reason people might go here. For the same price there are alot of restaurants within a few miles that will get you better food and vibe. This is a place you only go if you are die hard Applebee’s fan for whatever reason.

Our server was good guy named Matt was on top of things but from there on I wasn’t impressed much I picked fish& chips won’t do that again nothing more than miss’s Paul’s fish portions grand son had Kraft Mac and cheese I guess if I was in a SHTF situation it would be okay I’m just not into this kind of place.

I usually get a great meal at an Applebee’s, but this time was not the case. My steak was not cooked to order, even the waitress new it and asked me.to check it. I ate it because I normally will not send food back – don’t trust them. The menu shows loaded mashed potatoes come with it. Mine had 6 or 7 little pieces of bacon and even less cheese tossed on top. The burn is that they unchanged me twice – for both the cheese and bacon separately, and never advised me. Never mind the potatoes received did not match the menu photo.

Beef nachos with no onions or sour cream.
The order came out with onions and some kind of sour tasting sauce that the server said was not sour cream but a cheese mixture.
The meat was piled high to my pleasant surprise so the cost was justified.
They remade the order without the sour tasting cheese but the took 3/4 of the meat.
When I brought this to the servers attention she informed us that the manager remade it with the correct portion size but the chef had given more than should have.
I explained to her that is pretty much bait and switch and I refused to pay almost 15.00 for that measly amount and had it removed from our bill.
Applebee’s this is not acceptable and you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
We will not patronize them anymore!!
