Ate here tonight with my cousin and daughter. I had to wait for my water because they didn’t have anymore clean dishes. Overall it took us an hour and a half from walk in to walk out. We were seated immediately and ordered quickly but we were there an hour before our entrees came out, my daughter’s entree came out with the appetizer so she finished before we started. My cousin asked for no ranch sauce on her fiesta lime chicken. The waitress said they couldn’t do that but she would ask her manager and let us know. She never let us know and it came with the ranch sauce. We were headed to the movies and were almost late. I was excited to try the OM Burger. Very disappointed, nothing like what you see on TV. Basically a dry, plain, cheese burger sitting in a tad of dried cheese. Waitress was nice but obviously super busy.

My husband and I went last night (Friday) and I got the Oriental Salad with grilled chicken, that salad was on point let me tell you. My husband got the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli he said his salmon was very good also and seasoned wonderfully. Our server was a young lady named Brittany, her smile lite up the room. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu in helping us decide what our dinner would be. I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you Applebees for such a great and awesome dinner experience tonight!!

Applebee’s had fallen off food and service wise. The only thing it was good for was drinks..which most times were weak and not worth the money. That was past..But now, since under new management and cooks care and can cook..It’s improving. Food and drinks are better and good. Servers are very nice and attentive…Drinks are better and decent depending upon the bartender or what time of day you go. They usually have good specials on drinks and food. Overall it’s a good atmosphere and good time with your friends. Love the added jukebox that also doubles as a photo booth. The lack of the 5th star was due to cleanliness of the booths..It’s either the table is clean but seat filthy and sticky or table dirty and seat clean..the window/shades are dirty as well and usually have a fly dead or alive In the window. While flies can’t be controlled the blinds/shades and windows can be dusted once or twice a week. It truly takes your appetite. The restaurant is old so the women’s restroom smells and is ridgity..Maybe add a commercial air freshener to the restroom and in toilets.

We had a group of 10 to gather today from north and south of Sanford (family). We were welcomed and treated very well. Our server, SK was terrific and our food was delicious. Thank you again Misty for accommodating us. Great visit and hope to return.

Best meal we have had in weeks!!! Our server was fantastic our food was fantastic and it wasn’t too loud which most Applebee’s restaurants are. I think our servers name was Alexandra and she was the absolute best!!! We now love her and will be back again!! Thank you guys so much!!

I have multiple issues with this location. From the jump our waiter was in a rush the entire time of taking our order. He hardly came and checked on us. When we received two appetizer that we ordered and both looked less than appetizing. We were going to send them both back but like most of the night our waiter was no where to be found. After our meal came and it was time to pay we all paid our bills and he came to get our receipts and snatched them off the table with an attitude and yet again made us feel rushed to leave. I’m not sure if writing this review will do any good but this needs to be brought to someone’s attention.

Great atmosphere, super friendly greeter, our server was great as well. Drinks came fast had a short wait for appetizers which we enjoyed. The entrees came out while having the appetizers. My wife’s fajita was sizzling and great. My steak was excellent as well. However I did not enjoy my meal in its entirety because my sides missed the mark totally. I had 3 different sides and I did not eat 2 of them. They were cold and tasteless. The overall serving portions were good and after the meal we had no room for dessert.

Right at the lobby or entrance inside the building, is a smell like sweat. Need a little more cleaning with proper and clean materials. It kept me thinking from getting in.
Besides that, waitress was always paying attention and always supportive, she deserves a 10.

Roaches roaches roaches…. told my friend I’d be going to applebees for dinner here a little while back, and he gave me a warning to not go there. Asked him why, he told me he worked there before. And how ther dishwashing machine was infested with bugs, so much so that the maintenance man wouldn’t work on it until they cleared out the electrical box of bugs, and there were hundreds. They’d find little bugs scurrying around the plating area, and they’d just squish it and go about their business. Their salads come in bags, and they do not wash any of it, just open the bag and dump it into a container. I’ll never go back, and honestly even when I went before I found all this out, I had some pretty bad experiences. I wasnt going to do anything besides stop giving them my business, but the more I thought about it, the more I felt like people deserve to know what they’re in for. Don’t know how the health department hasn’t shut them down, but I’m sure they probably go out of their way to temporarily get things in order and then let it go back to Hell after the health inspector leaves. Couldn’t pay me to order food from there now. At least the servers are halfway nice, but that’s probably the only redeeming quality.

We visited here at about 10pm because it’s probably one of the only restaurants open that late. Our waitress, Tanya R., was great! One of the best waitresses I’ve had anywhere in a while. Tanya was very friendly, attentive, fast, and genuinely acted like she enjoyed her job.
Regarding the food, overall it was good. My husband and I both got the 2 for $20 bacon cheeseburgers with mozzarella sticks. Positives: The cheese sticks were hot and cheesy. The burger buns were buttery and toasted perfectly. They were generous with the toppings on the burgers. Portions were large enough I couldn’t finish all my food. Cons: I didn’t like the fries very much and they were very bland. The food was good, just not great. However, my husband thought the food was really good and exceeded his expectations.
Granted we were here after the supper crowd, the restaurant appeared clean and tidy. We didn’t go to the restrooms, so I can’t speak to cleanliness there.
